Welcome to Jarinda Park, incredibly positioned overlooking idyllic coastline just north of beautiful Portland, with over 3 acres on which to move, unwind and play.
Step inside to discover a stay that welcomes you with a coastal-inspired colour palette and comfortable spaces bathed in natural light. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living room forms the heart of the home with ample space to stretch out and relax.
The kitchen comes well-equipped for the home cook and entertainer, with an induction cooktop, stainless-steel appliances and bountiful countertop space.
Step outside and enjoy the front verandah’s stunning ocean views with a glass of wine and wonderful company, or relish the back deck’s more intimate feel. Both spaces are fantastic for the sunrise and sunset, and allow you to take full advantage of the morning and afternoon sun.
Each of the 3 bedrooms are well-sized, with 2 rooms featuring queen beds and the 3rd room with 2 singles. The bathroom is complete with modern fittings, including a large shower and a separate toilet. A self-contained laundry room stands by to service your needs.
With an unbeatable location, you can take a short drive to Portland and its surrounding surf beaches and natural wonders, walk the gorgeous nature trails, play golf and visit the cafes and dining spots, or simply lay back and enjoy some downtime.
Of course, few trips to Portland are complete without a fishing trip, and thus Jarinda Park offers plentiful space for you to store your fishing boat(s) on site.

Comfortable Quiet & Scenic

A wonderful property so much space. Had everything we needed and very comfortable. Just across the road from the beach which was wonderful for taking dog for a walk no one else there. Short scenic drive into Portland. Lovely watching the ships come and go. There is no Wifi at the property.

Great location outside of town and directly across the road from the beach...on a large property so lots of privacy and peace and quiet, and a lovely view. Lovely decor and very well equipped - although we did miss having a table and chairs rather than the big kitchen island with stools (personal preference rather than a fault.)

Wonderful accommodation

We had a fabulous time here. The property had huge grounds with my dog running freely up and down even chasing little bunnies that appeared in the late afternoon, he loved it. We loved the house and found everything you need was available for use Nothing could improve this property it was lovely with even a welcome letter from the owner. The deck front and back most enoyable to lounge on. Recommend this property as A+.
