- There is a detached casita in the back of the house, with a completely separate and private entrance. A long-term tenant lives there and may be present during your stay. The back door of the casita chimes very loudly when it opens

This property features 4 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is located in front of the house facing the gate entry and front door, camera 2 is on the left side of the house facing the gate entry, camera 3 is on the right side of the house facing the gate entry, and camera 4 is on the rear of the house facing the pool and back walls. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
