The Space:
Located in Palm Beach, set on the 4th floor with sea views at the spectacular Royal Palm Resort, this unit is sure to impress for your next holiday. Guests also have direct access to the beach, through the Resort with no roads to cross and plenty of Resort amenities to keep the whole family entertained.
Featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms and Air-conditioning throughout including the bedrooms, a comfortable and relaxing Resort family holiday awaits! Master bedroom with en-suite, queen size bed, TV and private balcony. Bedroom two is fitted with a tri-bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top (this bunk bed is large and comfortable enough for adults). There is also a main bathroom with washer/dryer laundry, open plan kitchen with combined living and dining area with balcony.
Relax and stay awhile on the main balcony overlooking the stunning lagoon pool and Palm Beach.
The Royal Palm Resort offers a 33m heated lagoon swimming pool with water slide, sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a true holiday vibe. There is also a full sized tennis court, a mini tennis court, games room, mini golf course, steam room, multiple BBQs and a gym.
This property is only a short walk to Currumbin Estuary which is a great place for the little kids to swim in the still water or play in the Pirate park whilst the parents grab a coffee.
Restaurants and shopping precincts are located within walking distance. It is only a 10 minute drive to Gold Coast Airport and 20 minutes to Surfers Paradise.
There is basement parking for one car.
Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party + No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
