It’s easy to unwind at this inner-Melbourne residence where Parisian beauty meets contemporary finesse. Generous family living is aplenty at Malvern Heights with its three bedrooms and multiple levels. The stylish courtyards are ideal for those lazy mornings and family gatherings are a breeze in the free-flowing living spaces. There’s ample space to spread out with formal dining and living rooms. Cafes, restaurants and bars are a short walk plus you’re only ten kilometres from the CBD.

The effortless beauty of Malvern Heights begins with the contemporary grey exterior, wrought iron features and eye-catching arched doorway. Once through the ground floor entrance, the cosy French-inspired courtyard will draw you out through the arched doorway. It certainly is a gorgeous outlook from the formal living room which is a refined and restful space complete with fireplace and ultra-stylish seating.

A short flight of stairs takes you to the lower floor which is dedicated to high-end living and entertaining. The open plan living and contemporary kitchen enjoys peaceful views of the outdoor entertaining area through two sets of black-framed bi-fold doors. A classic black and white palette can be found in the kitchen which features high-end finishes and appliances. There’s room for laid-back meals at the island bench and there’s every excuse to put your feet up in the adjacent living area. Several seating options make this light-filled, comfortable space hard to leave. The generous living zone continues outdoors where a dining table and built-in BBQ makes for an effortless dining experience.

Back inside, bi-fold doors frame a backdrop of greenery and grey in the separate dining room. A large round table offers seating for up to eight guests and sits under a dramatic tray ceiling. There’s even a sense of elegance in the cinema room.

The serene and classy main bedroom occupies the top floor. The king bed is draped in gorgeous linens, encouraging long sleep-ins. While there’s no better way to relax than a soak in the bath. Indeed, the ensuite is a luxurious escape and also offers a double vanity and large shower. While the perfect combination of warmth and elegance can be found in the remaining two bedrooms which each house a queen bed and offer the convenience of an ensuite.

The Area:
You’re ideally positioned to take a leisurely stroll to cafes and stores along Malvern Road or to catch a nearby tram and take the short trip to the character-filled Glenferrie Road and surrounding streets. Sir Robert Menzies Reserve is an easy walk and with Tooronga Railway Station a few blocks away, you can reach the CBD and surrounding suburbs with ease. Gardiners Creek Trail offers a longer walk or cycle, but if it’sa relaxing day in the sun you’re seeking, a 20-minute drive will take you to St Kilda or Elwood beach.
