As you step into the main living space, you will be taken aback at the sheer size and level of luxury here. Quality finishes, a chef’s kitchen, and an open plan design delight the senses while 60m2 of floor to ceiling window expanse take full advantage of the sensational 270 degree views of Melbourne.

The living area flows out onto the huge covered terrace or outdoor room which is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the world go by. There are multiple living spaces throughout the apartment including a home cinema room, two balconies, and an outdoor entertaining zone.

As a corporate stay, the apartment provides the ideal layout with space for everyone. Each of the three bedrooms have a private ensuite bathroom and there is even a separate powder room for additional guests.

The Area:
The location couldn’t be better as the penthouse is positioned on the famous Collins Street with a tram station right out the front that can take you to the Grand Prix track. The Crown Casino and Spencer Street are close by as well as the Yarra River and its many riverside restaurants. Melbourne’s art galleries, museums, and beaches are at your fingertips.

There is parking in the building however restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, the MCG, and the Rod Laver Arena are all within easy walking distance. Well known for being one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Melbourne has so much to offer!
