Modern 4 bedroom Inverloch home

Relax and enjoy our modern home in Inverloch's quiet Prom Island Estate.

Located away from the busy town centre, which is conveniently only a quick 4 minute drive away.

Enjoy the natural surrounds of the Screw Creek, including the wildlife. The local kangaroos are frequent visitors.

The Anderson Inlet beach is a quick 3 minute drive and is great for the little ones.

Avoid having to collect or drop off the keys with keyless entry via the guest's preferred PIN code.

Our home is designed for families or small groups of adults. Bookings for large groups of adults will be declined. Parties, loud music, and smoking are NOT allowed.

1 bedroom has 2x bunk beds with an additional cot mattress stored in the wardrobe.

Large kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, air fryer, sandwich press, stick blender, pod coffee machine, and SodaStream. Walk-in pantry with basic items.

Free WIFI internet provided.

Fully fenced, secure backyard with large grassed area for the kids to play and a fire pit.

Laundry with a front-loader washing machine. Clothesline in the backyard.

Off-street parking in a double garage with remote roller door.

All-electric 7-star energy-efficient home with double glazing.

Large split system in the living area for heating/cooling. Desk fans and small heaters in bedrooms.

Alternatively, you can arrange for towels and linen to be provided by South Coast Laundry Services (southcoastlaundryservices.com.au). We DO provide mattress protectors, doonas, pillows, and tea towels. ***

- 3 minute drive to Anderson Inlet beach, which has plenty of parking.
- 8 minute drive to Inverloch's surf beach.
-10 minute drive to Wonthaggi, which has all major stores (Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Bunnings, Big W, Kmart, etc).

What a property it was the best house we have stayed in .we have rented in Inverloch for 9 years at Christmas timeThe kids love the backyard. Michelle was a very helpful person we will definitely stay there in the future.

Perfect stay for family and friends!

The house is close to the town and beaches, just a 4 min drive. The check-in and check- out process is super clear and easy. The house was very clean and had everything you could need, from games, to cleaning supplies, to snacks, and a variety of kitchen utensils perfect for cooking for my large family. Highly recommend staying here it is very comfortable.

Great place to stay on a holiday at Inverloch

The house was very clean and the amenities provided were excellent. The place is located very close to the town centre and the beaches nearby were wonderful. There were plenty of board games that kept the children engaged. We loved it!

This brand new property is a great holiday house for friends & families to stay as a weekend away, everything is perfect except one thing ( the hot water system has a timer that we can’t have a shower in the morning) Overall, the setup is perfect!

Beautiful holiday house

Michelle was a great host, communicating with her was effortless and her responses were quick and helpful. The property itself is clean, beautiful with top of the range appliances and very child friendly. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and the neighbours are friendly too. Definitely giving it 5 stars.

Enjoyed our stay over the Easter long weekend, 2 sets of family of 5 members each. House matches the photos, very clean. Love the outdoor setting and the fire pit. The kids loved roasting marshmallows. Loads of condiments in the pantry for us to use. I would have like to have a full mirror in the closet- but this is minor. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return again.

A very clean new house

We stayed in this house for 3 nights. It is a fresh new house with very clean rooms. We have 4 kids ages between 2 and 5. The yard is secure and clean which is quite suitable for kids to play. The owner, Michelle, is very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there very much and we will come back again!

happy with our stay

It is a new clean house with good provisions. Spacious and homely. Conveniently located, only a few minute's drive to town. The only negative comment I can make is that it is very inconvenient for holiday travellers to have to bring their own linens and towels. I believe more people will be interested in the property if they are provided. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Thanks.

After paying full amount the owner requested that we check out an hour earlier against what we booked . No rubish bins in toilets or bathroom . Garage door wasn’t working needed to wait to someone to fix it . Only one air conditioning in all property . It looks like unfinished and not full ready to rent

We are a couple with one son and two dogs from Melbourne. We love spending as much time as possible in Inverloch, and as such, we built our modern home in 2022. We wish to share our home with others so that they can have the opportunity to enjoy everything Inverloch has to offer. We take much pride in our home, and to enhance our guests' experiences, we strive to present a clean and enjoyable home.

Why they chose this property

Our property is located in the Prom Island Estate, which is a quiet area of Inverloch and on the banks of the Screw Creek. Kangaroos frequent the neighbouring farm land and often come into the estate. The town centre is only a short 4 minute drive away, with shops and cafes. The Anderson Inlet beach is also a short 4 minute drive with plenty of parking and is ideal for kids and dogs.
Our all-electric and energy-efficient home was built in mid-2022. With 4 bedrooms and the capacity to sleep 10, it is ideal for very large families or multiple families. The living areas are open plan and lead onto a covered alfresco with a BBQ and large outdoor setting. The backyard has a large grassed area and is fully enclosed, so you can be sure your children are safe. The remote-controlled 2 car garage is also available for guests to use.

Access to the property is via our guest's preferred 4-digit PIN code. This means you can easily drive straight to the property, check in anytime from 2pm and not have to pickup keys from a busy real estate agent. We are also able to promptly respond to guest queries.
