Trendy Inner City Condo In Calgary

Whether you're here to enjoy the mountains, visit family at the nearby Mount Royal University, or to spend a night out on the town, this lovely two bedroom one bathroom condo will make you feel at home. With an open floor plan, in suite laundry, air conditioning, and a large private balcony you'll never want to leave.

The condo is located in the peaceful area of Bankview, near local coffee shops, boutiques, and restaurants, with the popular 17th Ave strip just a few blocks behind you. The annual Stampede Festival is a wonderful way to enjoy the summer in Calgary. The stampede ground is a 14 minute drive from the condo, but you can leave your vehicle in your free on site parking, and enjoy the lovely walk down to the gorunds.

Perhaps you enjoy the mountains, but like to be in the city. Well not to worry, with Banff only an hour and a half (1 hour & 24 minutes) away from the condo you can get up and go, and be back by the end of the day to enjoy your inner city amenities. With access to the near by freeway, getting out to the mountains wont be a problem.
