As elegant as its namesake, Blue Heron adds new construction, river vistas, fantastic amenities, contemporary furnishings, and lots of light and space to your next visit to Sunriver. Two more bedrooms upstairs, both with bunks, give you plenty of room for extra guests.

Beautiful home but we experienced a few issues

This home was so beautiful and had lovely touches of pottery and art. The home was very clean but we experienced issues that inconvenienced our stay. From our immediate arrival we had trouble with the keypad not working and had to trouble shoot how to get in. The property managers did send someone to help and they gave us a new code. The property only allows two vehicles in the driveway (even though you could easily fit 4) and it is not mentioned anywhere before you book. For a home that easily sleeps 9, this seems like something that should be disclosed beforehand. When we visited the snow in the driveway was not shoveled so it was quite dangerous getting in and out and at night there were frozen patches. We would have shoveled ourselves but there was no shovel available and we did not have access to the garage. The cleanliness of the hot tub was highly questionable. Clumps of hair and other debris floating around made us quite uncomfortable. If the above things were addressed then I think this home would be a wonderful stay as it is in a wonderful location and has the accommodations for a perfect little getaway.

Beautiful Home

Loved the property and the home. 2 wishes, closer to town and a more comfortable master bedroom bed. We ended up sleeping upstairs and in the living room.

Sun River Summer Get Away

This property is well appointed and very clean. The location is perfect for a summer get away in the Sun River area. It is close to the River access points for water activities as well as the Sun River area shops, restaurants, and public facilities. We were in the area for a family reunion and this home was in a great location close to all our activities.
