Welcome to your perfect Navarre Beach getaway! This beautifully furnished 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath coastal home is located just four short blocks from the white-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and only steps from the calm waters of the private beach on the Santa Rosa Sound. Nestled in a private gated community, you'll also enjoy access to a sparkling community pool and hot tub (hot tub is heated).

This spacious home features an open floor plan with high ceilings and wrap-around windows that flood the space with natural light. The living area includes a 50" Smart TV, cozy seating, and large balconies perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals at home.

Sleeping arrangements are ideal for families or groups:

1 King Master Suite with private bath and walk-in closet
2 Queen Guest Bedrooms (1 main floor, 1 top floor)
1 Bunk Room with Full-over-Full beds (sleeps up to 4 kids)
All bedrooms include Smart TVs. A Pack & Play is provided for guests traveling with infants.

Extras included with your stay:

4 adult bikes + 2 kids' bikes
Beach gear: cart, chairs, umbrellas, toys
Kayak & paddle board (refundable $500 deposit)
Golf cart rentals available.

Beautiful, Clean!

We had an amazing time at Sugar Beach. The property had everything you could need, tons of beach equipment for use, and the location was incredible. Would certainly stay here again if we come back to Navarre Beach.

The place itself is a dream— we loved the layout which creates a cozy, safe and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen has brand new appliances and is open to the living room, where we spent a lot of our time. Bedrooms are sanctuaries with high-end beds and beautiful linens provided. The place has direct access to the private white sand beach! Every night was patio time to watch the incredible sunsets. Did I mention the pool and hot tub? Some of our favorite memories were zipping around the Island to our coffee shop and the many delicious restaurants we sampled while there—on our own Golf Cart! (which was provided). So fun. We had such a great time we are already planning our return for next year. Highly recommended!
