Summary:
This single level home is just a hop, skip and jump to the patrolled beach at Malua Bay and the newly built Malua Bay Bowling Club.
Down by the beach you will also find a park, perfect for the kids to run around or have lunch on the grass over looking the beach from the local cafe.
Batemans Bay township is a short 13km drive away.
The Space:
This modern and comfortable home will be the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach
There is an open plan kitchen, dining and loungeroom at the centre of the home.
Master bedroom is the first room upon entering the property with its own ensuite with the 2nd bedroom being towards the back.
The 3rd bed is in an open room just of the main living area.

Main Bedroom - 1 x Queen bed
2nd Bedroom - 1 x Double bed
Shared Space - 1 x Double bed
Guest Access:
Guest access is via a lockbox at the property, guests will receive the code approx. an hour prior to check-in
