-Landslide repair work will occur nearby from Mar. 1, 2024, through Jul. 30, 2025. Please anticipate construction noise from the backside of our property during this time.
-The MountainSide Pool will be closed from Apr. 1, 2025, through Jun. 15, 2025, for pool lining refurbishment. Please anticipate construction noise during this time.
This spacious studio guest suite features one bath, a king bed, and a sitting area that converts into a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate up to four guests.  The bathroom has shower tub/combo with a single vanity. The sitting area has a large TV with premium cable and movie channels, along with a DVD player. The suite also features a small dining area for two, and a kitchenette with dishes and utensils included (Mini-Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, and Sink).
