Experience the ultimate in luxury and style at this stunning high-end home. Boasting four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open-plan living and dining area, and a chef's kitchen, this property is designed for indulgence. Enjoy the outdoor alfresco area with a full kitchen, relax in the private home theatre, or stay active in the dedicated gym. Conveniently located just 6 minutes from the beach and 12 minutes from the CBD, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Enter into a foyer with wide stairs leading up to the left and one of the King bedrooms to the right with a semi-ensuite (also accessible from the main living area), a desk, and a TV. While the wide hallway and living areas have beautiful hardwood floors, the bedrooms are carpeted for your comfort.

At the back of the home is the large open-plan living area, where you’re bound to spend much of your time. The kitchen is well-equipped, sleek, and modern, with stone waterfall-edged benches and stools at the island, perfect for breakfast. Everything you’ll need for an extended stay with a large family is provided, including a dishwasher, induction cooktop, integrated microwave, and coffee machine. Off the kitchen is a full laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

The kitchen overlooks the dining area and lounge. The dining suite seats at least 8, with one side having a bench seat, and the gorgeous lounge room has two comfortable sofas in front of the feature gas fireplace. Tasteful ornaments and artworks provide a designer touch.

Wide sliding glass doors open out to the covered timber deck, which houses another dining suite for six. Enjoy using this terrific space with its built-in stainless steel outdoor kitchen and beautiful timber ceiling, while the children make use of the lawned area at one end. Cafe lighting strung across it adds warmth and romantic character.

Off the main living area is the theatre room. The owners have made this space a wonderful drawcard for families spending time together during a holiday. Six super-comfy seats face the large TV. Make some popcorn and set up a favourite family movie after dinner. This is what memories are made of!

Upstairs, there is a gym on the landing with a running machine, bench, and weights, which opens up to the balcony. Enjoy the fresh air while you work off last night’s BBQ!

The master bedroom is expansive and extremely well-presented, with a king bed, a comfortable leather chair, a free-standing full-length mirror, and a telescope to watch the stars. There is an enormous walk-in wardrobe and a modern en-suite with a freestanding bath, shower, double vanity, and toilet.

There are two additional queen bedrooms upstairs, both with desks, and they are serviced by the main bathroom with a shower, vanity, and toilet.

Our property operates with back-to-back bookings, so early check-ins and late check-outs may be limited.

To guarantee an early check-in, consider booking the night before. Alternatively, if available, an early check-in may be possible for an additional fee.

For late check-outs, booking an extra night might be necessary. If there are no immediate guests following your stay, we may be able to offer a late check-out for a fee.

Our property is nestled in a vibrant community, so please be mindful of our neighbours during your stay. Keep noise levels down, especially during late hours, to ensure everyone's enjoyment. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am.

👉 Climate Control:
Stay comfortable year-round with our reverse-cycle ducted split system air conditioning. You'll find the control panel in the entry foyer near the stairs mounted on the wall.

👉 BBQ Etiquette:
Enjoy a sizzling barbecue on our outdoor grill, but please remember to clean it thoroughly after use. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

👉 Family-Friendly Amenities:
Traveling with little ones? We've got you covered! Highchairs and cots are available for hire. Just remember to bring your own cot linen for your baby's comfort.

👉 Linen & Towels:
We provide hotel-quality bed linen and towels from a commercial laundry service to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. To maintain this quality, please avoid contact with makeup, fake tan, body lotions, or other substances that may cause stains or damage. A replacement fee of $150 will apply for any linen that is marked or damaged. Thank you for helping us keep our space beautiful for all guests.

👉 Longer Stays:
For stays over 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required and will be arranged at the guest's expense. This ensures the property is well-maintained for your comfort.

👉 Parking Information:
Our property features a standard residential garage for your vehicle, with space for two cars. Please note that there are height restrictions, so larger vehicles may not be suitable. For your safety and convenience, on-street and driveway parking are not permitted.

You will have access to the entire property during your stay.

We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay.

If you enjoy walking, Trigg nature reserve is situated opposite South Trigg Beach, with its network of walking and cycle tracks. Keep an eye out for local birdlife. There are further coastal walks heading south all the way to Brighton Beach. For golfers there are a number of courses nearby.

Scarborough beach is 3.2 km away further south, and is one of the most popular beaches in Perth, known for great year-round surfing. There are many cafes and restaurants along its front so head there for the day and enjoy all it has to offer.

With Perth CBD a short drive away, offering all that a major city offers in terms of nightlife, amenities and retail outlets, there’s just so much to explore.

Great Place to Stay close to shops and Restaurants.
The House had everything we needed and more. It was clean and welcoming. Beds and linen very comfortable. Communication from host was amazing. Highly recommend this House for a family holiday.

Not sure why communication wasn't thru Stayz ??
Overall House was great, great location, nice area, close to excellent shopping centre, big property. However, house felt like a property was being lived in by Owners, especially the kitchen, felt like homeowners are still there - didn't feel like Luxury Rental. There was a lot of food left & opened food etc & mismatched very used crockery & glasses. Suggestion : As it is large executive luxury style house there needs to be good crockery & enough of it, it was all a bit bity, not enough for the amount of people that can stay - not the way such a quality property should be. Suggestion : Just a short instruction point sheet for appliances, as all appliances do vary, & as the client you don't want to messing around with appliances guessing & trying to get them to work. Big issue was I had booked online with Stayz (& have stayed at numerous properties through Stayz) however communication was then through another Management Agency, which was confusing as was expecting Stayz to contact me thru App, sms or emails, it was off putting & it was a VERY CLUNKY WAY to do communication especially when wasn't notified that this was how it was going to operate - the communication from this other Management was good, but the online info. for the property was limited. Overall house was clean but felt like Owners were still there.
