This condo is a corner unit so it includes sweeping coastal views from every room and an expansive balcony. As you enter the main suite you're welcomed by floor to ceiling windows that wrap around the entire living area, so whether you're relaxing in the living room, sitting at the dining room table, or creating great coastal cuisine in the fully equipped kitchen you won't miss a beat on the beaches. The family living area features a Queen sofa sleeper and ample seating for everyone to spend time together. This home will comfortably sleep 9. High-end appliances and all the kitchen necessities you'll need to cater to your family will be found in this home.

One of two Gulf-front masters can be found just off the living area with a private balcony entrance, King bed, flat-screen TV, and private en suite master bath. The corner garden tub, separate walk-in shower, dual vanities, and HUGE closet spaces make this paradise for those who enter. Your Guest Bedroom features bunk beds, and a private balcony for the children to enjoy the views as well. Your Guest bath is just across the hall for easy access and features a tub shower combination.

Your Mother-In-Law or second Guest Suite features a private entrance, private balcony, and incredible Gulf views. This suite features a King bed, a kitchenette area with dining seating for two, and a HUGE in-suite bath. Morning coffee on the balcony or a quick margarita for happy hour can all be enjoyed in the privacy of your own suite.

We absolutely loved the condo! My parents came with us and our children and the MIL suite was perfect for them! We had plenty of room for the 6 of us and the 2 of them! We are already looking at dates to book next year!

Excellent stay!

We loved the decor, layout, ocean view and ease of parking and access to the unit! Great location and housekeeping did a great job prior to arrival. Would definitely stay here again! One final thought for visitors, registration at Splash was closed when we arrived. We put a note in our car window for parking and picked up parking pass and wristbands the next day. Didn’t see any towing or checking, but just a heads up. Looking forward to unwinding here again!

Plenty of space for everyone. Great view. Nice to have the inlaw suite for privacy. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the kids LOVE the splash pad. This was our 3rd stay at Splash, but our first time in this unit. It has been our favorite so far, as far as space and decor. One problem for me was that I reached out to Blue Swell Management for help with the cable/streaming/dvd issues in the master suite. They responded to my voicemail soon enough, but when I replied to answer their questions, they never followed up or resolved my issue. Also, someone from Splash property gave “an inspector” access to the unit while we were there. They entered without our permission (we ignored the knocking because we thought it was the kids playing in the other side of the unit), which means they would’ve come in whether we had been there or not. I understand that inspections and maintenance have to be done on a regular basis, (and I appreciate that part of the upkeep, as it benefits all guests) but I did not appreciate that we had no warning that someone would be entering the unit while we were there. There are a number of reasons someone would not open the door to an unexpected knock, and just coming in anyway is never the answer. Neither of those complaints would be enough to deter me from staying at Splash Resort or using Blue Swell again, as it was an overall pleasant experience. Just trying to be transparent, and tired of getting emails requesting my review.

Great condo!

We absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful condo, well stocked kitchen, perfect amount of “starter” items that got us through the trip. Was very clean. I loved the little details, such as labeling the light switches for where they go. We will be back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The condo was beautiful and clean! Perfect sized table for playing board games and cards with the family. Loved the MIL suite that provided a little privacy for my parents. The condo is also in an easily accessible area of Splash, like seriously the perfect spot. We look forward to booking this condo in the future! Already missing those beautiful beach views!

Relax and enjoy

Clean, comfortable just as pictured. Wonderful location on the sand. Plenty to do all around. This comment is not a criticism just a suggestion… the unit could use a couple of pot holders, maybe a beach towel or 2 and a couple of inexpensive beach chairs (we flew in from NY and couldn’t bring our own) otherwise we had everything we needed!! Thank you for sharing your home we us we had a great week.

Absolutely gorgeous!

We will definitely be back. This was the nicest condo unit we have ever stayed in. It had a mother in law suite with its own kitchenette. The views of the ocean were beyond belief. I loved the little touches like benches to put our luggage and night lights. The beds were very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more.

Nice vacation spot

Great location. Excellent layout - gulf views from every room. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Nice amenities -pools, splash pad, lazy river, drink and snack bar. Coffee shop was hit or miss - not very well stocked. Easy check in process, although not very well explained prior to arrival was easy to figure out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our space was so amazing. We traveled as a family of six with four kids, and we like to spread out as much as possible. The three bedrooms were perfect for us, and waking up to ocean views every morning was absolutely amazing. The space was beautifully decorated in every room and had all of the essentials we needed upon arrival -- including a Keurig in both the main kitchen and in the MIL suite. I also appreciated the wooden dining table as a mom of 4 little ones! (No glass, please!) Finally, the onsite amenities were absolutely everything, and we rarely had to leave the property. The kids loved the pools, and I loved the fitness center. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the great stay!

Great get away

Wonderful stay at Splash resort. 501e was wonderful. Big enough for us all to spread out and had a wonderful selection of items to use in the kitchen to cook. Only drawback of resort is wrist band rule. They insist on you wearing it the entire stay but it doesn’t last. And the office isn’t always open. Pamela at check in was wonderful!

PCB SPLASH! BLUE SWELL

We loved the suites! Gorgeous, recently refurbished. Great kitchen w ever we needed for family meals. Balconies were great too w wonderful beach views. Spacious areas so everyone could relax and enjoy themselves. Toiletries towels and linens were generous. Teens and little ones had a good time. Hot water was an issue though in both suites. Also would have loved a full mirror when getting dressed. Outside of buildings and public balcony areas could use upgrade. Well situated, easy access to restaurants groceries and fun. Missed having an in-house restaurant and bar for the evenings though. All employees were very polite and helpful.
