The space
The spacious living & dining area features high raked ceilings and a lovely wood fire to keep you cosy on those chilly winter nights! The home also includes fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you comfortable year round. A laundry area is located within the double garage and has a washing machine & dryer.
The separate theatre room is home to a large TV, perfect for movie nights, or great as a separate area for the kids to play.
Love to cook up a storm? You’ll love the huge kitchen, complete with 900mm oven & induction cooktop. Fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you’ll need (including our much loved waffle maker!) the kitchen also has a dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze. There’s also a BBQ in the alfresco area so you can take the cooking & dining outside while the kids play. Not planning on cooking? Never fear, there are heaps of fantastic places to dine in Dunsborough & the Margaret River Region

The bedrooms
The master bedroom features a king size bed and ensuite, whilst the two minor bedrooms have comfy queen size beds. The fourth bedroom has two double bunk beds and can sleep up to 4 people. The three minor bedrooms have access to their own bathroom with a separate toilet.

Parking
An outdoor shower means you can rinse off after long days at the beach and there’s plenty of parking for a maximum of 4 cars & trailer boat.

The essentials
All linen & bath towels are included, all you need to bring are beach towels. The property is self-catering however a supply of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, kitchen cleaning supplies & bin bags is provided. Basic pantry supplies (salt, pepper, oil, glad wrap etc) are provided.
Please note, firewood is not provided for the fireplace however is available to purchase from the local fuel stations.
