Great stay! We will be back!

This property is beautiful and spacious. Held 5 adults with plenty of room. Pool and house were spotless. Only complaint is we didn’t find the pool toys and floats until our stay was over. Other than that we will definitely be making this our go to for our yearly trip.

Great Location

This was our 1st time at this home and we thoroughly enjoyed our week. The home was spacious, well appointed and clean. We did have a couple of “hiccups” that were quickly remedied by the property manager. A heads up for future renters: there’s absolutely no condiments available (no spices/seasonings, sugar, oil …etc) so plan accordingly. *Also, there is on 1 bedroom with mirrors in the home which can get challenging when a large family is attempting to get ready. Especially with 4 women, just saying 😊 *Lastly, as previously stated in other reviews, the master bed has a very large “hump” in the middle (which I guess works for the couple that wishes to stay on “their own side” of the bed lol), but can get in the way. Would these concerns prevent us from renting again? Nope, but I believe it to be worth mentioning. Happy renting!😎🌴

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and very clean upon arrival. The directions for check in were clear. We had several problems during our stay. A few days in a couple of our children started having allergic reactions and we started noticing pieces of insulation coming from the ceiling vents. This continued to get worse and we realized there was an animal living in the ceiling. The garage smelled of cat urine. The door handle to the front door was not attached. We communicated our concerns via Whatsapp as this was in our welcome email, but no response. The animal in the attic was likely new and not their fault, but having to give my children allergy medications during our vacation was unfortunate.

Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home that was very clean, nicely decorated, and well appointed in the kitchen. Location was a nice, quiet neighborhood with beautifully landscaped yards and close to all the stores & restaurants. Also, short drive to the beach. Weekly lawn & pool maintenance kept it looking great. Property management was amazing to deal with. They answered every time I called as I needed to add a day to my stay & requested an extra hour for check out. They were very pleasant. If I changed one small thing, it would be to trim the trees around the pool just a bit, so the sun could hit more of the pool area. But the pool & backyard were beautiful & great to lounge or eat outside. I’d recommend to friends & will definitely stay again.

Holiday Beach Getaway

Overall it was a great place. We had a great experience. The property was beautiful. Well appointed. The backyard was private, the pool was clean. Our only complaint is that the bed in the master bedroom needs to be fixed. Unless you’re in the very center, the mattress slants to the side and it’s very uncomfortable to sleep. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay and recommend this property for a beach getaway.

Enjoyed the house but had poor communication with property manager

Pros: The house is cosy and comfortable. It is located conveniently close to beach and shops (driving distance). It was also very clean. There was one comment from a visitor stating that there are no pots and pans, but this issue must have been fixed. Cons: The bed in the master bedroom most definitely needs to be replaced - it creaks loudly when one turns from one side to the other. Additionally, the mattress is quite uneven, resembling a mountain with its peak in middle and going down to the sides. My worst experience, though, was my communication with the property manager, hence why I rated this location at 3 stars. I feel I was misled because the title of the property is "Cool Coastal 3/2-8 Guests-Heated Pool-Near Beaches". by this description I was led to believe that the property has a heated pool, which is an important variable for my family. On top of this, the backyard description of the listing states "Includes a large oversized HEATED pool with waterfall" where "heated" is even capitalized. So I had no doubt in my mind that we would have a heated pool. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I emailed the property manager a day before our arrival to request that the pool heater is turned on. I did not receive a response. The following day I sent a text message (according to the site's instructions), and again I did not get any response. I finally called on the 3rd day and I was rudely told that the pool does not get heated during the summer.

Awesome time!

We had two family’s of 4 staying here. Plenty of room. Everything we needed to cook and eat when we didn’t go out. Pool and backyard was amazing and enjoyed by all. Close drive to restaurants and beach. No complaints from us!

It was Nice but it could of been cleaner!

It was nice despite the fact that our toilet kept running, and that there was dog hair and cat hair when we went to sit down and the TV in the main living room wasn’t working… There were no cleaning supplies to clean up anything as far as messes in the vacuum wasn’t working… But overall, it was a nice place to stay with a divided, floorplan, add-on.

We were very happy with this property. I can't stress enough how clean it was. We were looking to relax and did so out by the pool. If you are looking for shopping and restaurants, it is great for that, too. We would definately stay here again.

Perfect getaway after a long New England winter!

We had a wonderful experience at this home which is exactly as described and feels much bigger than the pictures! The outdoor space and pool are heavenly, our family with two young children spent all day swimming to our hearts content. The house is very clean, beds are comfy and very conveniently located to beach, just a short jaunt to Boca. My only complaint is about the management style of the property - at this price point, I typically find that homes are stocked with toilet paper, aluminum foil, Tupperware, unlimited dishwasher and washing machine pods. For the size of the house, we were given a meager amount of “starters” (although this was advertised!) and I am just used to not having to invest in these items. I was particularly turned off by the fact that there is an extra fee to use the gas grill. Again, at this price point we shouldn’t feel nickel and dimed! But overall, a 5-star experience and would not hesitate to return. Beautiful home and lots of fun!

Great Stay in Deerfield Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this nice, clean property. Quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores and anything else you would need. We spent countless hours outside on the patio enjoying the grill and the pool which was the best part of the rental. The beach (less than 10 minutes away by car) was really nice and the hosts had a beach umbrella, two beach chairs, and beach towels for us to use during our stay. Very nice kitchen, but you do need to purchase a lot of essentials for cooking. Hosts provided a pack-and-play and high chair for our 1-year-old son which worked great, but parents should be aware that you do need to keep a constant eye on small children with a step down between dining area and living area as well as glass coffee and side tables. Hosts responded promptly when we had questions and were pleasant to deal with. Would stay here again.

Excellent property! The management company was very responsive to questions and called to check in on us the day after our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was immaculate!! Very comfortable for our family of 5. The heated pool was wonderful and very clean as the pool tech came twice during the week. Close to shopping. A wonderful family vacation in a beautiful home!

Nice place with great pool

The house was very nice with plenty of space. The location was great, just a short drive to the beach. We really enjoyed having our own heated pool and washer/dryer. Appliances seemed new and furniture was comfortable. A few things they could improve upon: wouldn't accommodate a 1 hour early check in, although mgmt responded quickly they werent super friendly, a hot tub was front and center in the pictures but didn't actually work, found out at check in that they charge you to use the grill, could have used a few more items in the kitchen but wasnt really a big deal, had tvs in pretty much every room which would have been great but they have never been set up so weren't really usable. Overall still had a great stay and enjoyed the property.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house is nice. The yard is decent. The only downfall of the yard is that it’s in a shade all day. Not to great in cooler months but probably a good choice in the summer. The jacuzzi is shown in the photos but doesn’t work. When I asked why it doesn’t work, I was told that they don’t advertise it. I asked the management how to turn on the pool lights, never got a response. I asked how to turn on the pool waterfall which is advertised and was told there is no waterfall.

I cannot say enough about this house! It is clean, modern, well-equipped and the outdoor space is very welcoming and a joy to spend time at! The pool is heated and everyone in our party tremendously enjoyed it! I LOVED it!
