Four stylish bedrooms offer accommodation for up to 8 guests with three queen rooms, the master with ensuite and private courtyard for your morning coffee, as well as an additional twin room for the kids.
This home is designed to bring family together with entertaining at its core. The beautiful modern extension at the back of the property offers open plan living at its best with kitchen, living and dining opening onto a spacious, yet private sun filled deck, with an outdoor setting for 8 and gas BBQ perfect for summer nights with family and friends. The deck steps to a private manicured back garden offering a great place for the kids to play.
Back inside the living space offers a great size family sofa, a large sun-drenched window seat and cosy gas log fire for year-round comfort, with plenty of entertainment on offer with a 55-inch smart TV and DVD player. The modern kitchen is a chefs delight with large island bench, 900mm electric over and gas cooktop, as well as dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. Additionally, a calm and centrally located reading room provides a great space to lay back and enjoy a good book, Mandalay by the Sea offers space for all.
To top it all off the property also offers a large bathroom with full size bath and separate shower, a powder room and separate laundry. The house is also serviced with central heating and split system cooling throughout.
With linen included all you need to bring is your beach towel.
