Getting Around:

Situated between the two major thoroughfares of Al Khail Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and next to Al Barsha area and opposite Al Quoz. Mall of Emirates Metro Station is the closest as of now, but two metro lines are planned to open near the district soon.

Jebel Ali - 30 minutes
Dubai International Airport - 20 minutes
Palm Jumeirah - 17 minutes
Getting in a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.
A free shuttle bus service from within Dubai Hills Estate to Dubai Hills Mall is available. The shuttle bus can be identified by the sign ‘Dubai Hills Mall Shuttle Bus Service’.
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

*Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 from your deposit for each lost access card or set of keys

***Temporary Pool Closure - Please be advised that the swimming pool at Collective will be closed for annual maintenance, as per the schedule from 8th January to 1st February. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you in advance for your patience.
