This two-bedroom unit is ideal for your getaway. With open plan living, meals and kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom, this lovely unit is only a short ten-minute drive to the Hobart CBD.
There is free parking provided at the property for one standard size car with plenty of residential street parking also.
There is a bus stop located close to the property as well as Taxi and Uber services in and around Hobart if you do not have a car. This property will be sure to delight.
Please note, to access the apartment, you will need to descend a set of stairs and walk down a gravel path. The apartment is regretfully unsuitable for wheelchair access. You may wish to consider this when booking for elderly guests too.
Cosy Cottesloe is in a block of 4 units and it's situated underneath another unit, but they both have their own private, external entrances and individual car parking spaces. There are CCTV cameras outside that monitor the car park and entrance to the property, but there are NO cameras inside the property.

Your hosts are Julie and Jason, a married couple who live locally. On any given day, you’ll find Julie in the office, managing administration and overseeing that guests have a memorable trip. Jason is the photographer and maintenance hero. Their operations manager, Emma, corresponds with guests and organises the housekeeping teams.
Why they chose this property
Lindisfarne is a charming suburb, just enough out of the city to be peaceful but close enough to explore everything Hobart has to offer. The suburb has trendy coffee shops, grocery stores, takeaways, and a foreshore walk with a huge play park. There are buses you can get into the city not far from your doorstep, or you can drive the 10 minutes in yourself.
What makes this property unique
Our property is well equipped, cosy, and perfect for a weekend or week of exploring the city. There are fantastic views of the River Derwent and Mount Wellington with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy it too.
