It's a very quiet neighborhood. The home is on the right side of the block as you enter the track. Only one side of the home has a neighbor. No homes behind the home or on the west side!

The whole home is usable including the garage. The washer and dryer are between the kitchen and garage inside the home.

Great house

Overall great place to stay

Overall great place to stay. Beautiful back yard. The only negative was that the guest bath shower didn’t work. We were pleasantly surprised that there was an additional bathroom as the ad only stated 2 baths.

Excellent location!

My husband and I arrived with dogs and it was great to see the wonderful fenced yard! The walking trails were amazing and right outside the door!There was a garage we could use and a remote!What was really remarkable was the communication with host Bob.He was very responsive to our requests. He even arranged for us to stay one more day!We highly recommend this host and his lovely house!

Home away from Home!

Stayed here while visting family for the holidays, the host decorated for Christmas after asking if we would like that, and it was a cozy home for me, my spouse, our 7 month old, and our dogs! Will definitely nbe coming back!

Quiet tempe getaway

Oftentimes hotels make sense, less fuss, amenities, etc. However, this tempe house had space, a warm atmosphere, even a christmas tree. Our host was attentive, quick to respond and even had some food ordered for our first morning in the house

Great Stay

House had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the back yard for our 2 kids & chocolate labs. We also appreciate the host getting us breakfast for the next morning. Would stay again!! Bed also very comfortable!! All rooms equipped with their own TV 👍

Comfortable family home

We stayed for a weekend to visit family nearby. The house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Host was exceptionally communicative and accommodating. I would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Birthday Weekend

We were in town for a our grandsons Birthday party. Location of the VRBO was perfect, close to the party location, airport and restaurants. Our host had breakfast items delivered for us which was very much appreciated...Nice touch! Would stay here again.

Lovely host and great stay with our dog

We were drawn to this home due to the great reviews and the fenced in yard for our dog. Clean and comfortable stay. Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants and shops if it’s not too hot. There is a kennel in the living room in case you don’t trust your dog while you’re away. And we appreciated the Instacart breakfast on our first morning. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Property

The property was exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is great - many walking trails and amenities close by. We had lots of room for our family of 5 and our small dog. Outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the Arizona warmth! Bob is an attentive host who responded quickly to any issues we had. Jami was also an excellent resource and did a fantastic mid-stay cleaning for us.

Great family + dog stay for IRONMAN Arizona!

My family (and dog!) stayed at this lovely home in Tempe, just a 15min drive from the Ironman Arizona course. Robert, the host, was a great communicator before, during, and after the stay. He was very hospitable--even went so far as dropping off breakfast supplies for us! Elvis, our dog, LOVED the size of the backyard. It was also so great that Robert provided treats, a comfy crate, and waste bags. Over all, we LOVED our stay! 10/10 would recommend. If my brother decides to do the Ironman in Arizona again, we will definitely be staying here again!

Rental while waiting for new build to be finished

We rented this home for 2.5 months after our home sold and we were waiting for our new home to be ready for us to move into. This house location was perfect for us and we loved having a dog friendly yard. Bob was extremely flexible with us when our move in date for our new home kept getting pushed out. His communication was excellent and he was always pleasant and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this home and this property manager!
