About this property

This new home is fully equipped to relax and enjoy the beautiful lake view and sunset on the large front deck. Bright, spacious, family-friendly 4 bedroom, 2 bath has more than enough rooms to accommodate large groups.
It has 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 king and one queen with a bunk bed), 2 bedrooms downstairs (1 queen and 1 double). There is also a loft with a pull out couch upstairs.

As a year-round rental, this home can be used for cross country skiing, snowmobiling and icefishing, as well as, kayaking and canoeing. Boat launch is right out front. The Alberta Beach golf course is nearby.

Decks on the front and back offer ample space to entertain guests. Kids can play board games and toys in the loft or outside in the large yard.

What better way to end the day than by sitting around the fire with a glass of wine or roasting marshmallows!

Great home for a getaway

Myself and my 4 kids ages 8-15 stayed for 5 nights at the cabin. Lovely place, easy to get to, easy check-in process, and good communication. The deck is lovely to be out on, and the fact it's right in town makes getting ice cream easy! The only drawbacks were the water quality challenges that late in August, and as someone with some back challenges the mattresses could use an upgrade. Otherwise, a very well equipped, spacious and great place to spend a week.

Fantastic Place!

The place is very comfortable! It has 2 decks so you have a choice of sun or shade! Everything you need for cooking! St. Albert is only 30 minutes away for groceries etc. Cold water was great. Anyone who stays here should have a wonderful time! Thank you Pamela for sharing your home! Pat

Awesome Week!

This is the second time staying at this lake front property and it was as great as the first time. Addition of the AC definitely make a huge difference during this heat wave. The location is perfect and the cabin accommodated us perfectly as well - thanks Pamela & Tim

Perfect a Family Location

This cabin is a beautiful lake front location with amazing sunsets. It was ideal for our group with smaller children as there was no packing up to head to the beach, it’s right out the front door! The kids loved the trampoline, canoe, kayak and the volleyball; lots to keep them entertained. The cabin came equipped with everything we needed and the convenience of the store within walking distance was an added bonus. The bedrooms were all large and we had plenty of room for all 9 of us. Plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. The small deep freezer was definitely convenient for a weeks worth of frozen meat, etc for our group. Pamela answered all messages quickly and was very helpful; would definitely recommend this beautiful home!!!

Perfect waterfront property for family fun!

Great vacation rental! 1) The view of the lake through the wall of windows is glorious, and the very best feature of this property. The sight of the lake first thing in the morning is uplifting. Watching the sunset reflected in the lake every evening is so peaceful. 2) Too many luxuries here to call this a “cabin”, and we enjoyed every single amenity: dishwasher, washer, dryer, hot water on demand, Lagostina cookware, ceramic stovetop, large fridge/freezer, plus deep freezer, showers, tub, TV, Nest thermostat. We lacked nothing. All modern and new, but I also appreciated the vintage pieces, probably from the original cabin, that bring history and character to this home. 3) So family friendly, the flooring, the furniture, the dishes, the toys and games for indoors and out, all geared to a houseful of kids. 4) Very responsive hosts. I had immediate responses to every text or email I sent before and during out stay. 5) Mother Nature conspired against us with BC smoke, algae, rain, and wasps, but we found plenty of ways to enjoy our two weeks in Alberta Beach: farmers market, garage sales, playground, trampoline, campfires, long walks, bike rides. 6) We ate out at Homer’s Hut in Val Quentin and at Mama’s in the Kitchen across the street, both very good and both obviously popular. Family get together

Great location, backing onto lake, sandy shallow beach and small dock. Everything you need for a weekend at the lake. Tons of actives, from canoe, kayak, floaties, horseshoes, and board games. We enjoyed the hammock, deck, firepit and bbq. Plenty of space for the eight of us and it had a well stocked kitchen. The only thing lacking was window coverings in the bathrooms. Overall a fabulous rental and they were prompt at returning our damage deposit. We look forward to renting again!

Great location, well equipped

Great home, great location. Well equipped, with plenty of outdoor activities - canoe, kayaks, lifejackets of all sizes, kids toys, trampoline. Nothing was lacking in the kitchen, and the beds were lovely. Location was ideal, right on the lake, with sand just off the little dock. We were a large group, using all of the beds. This is mind, it was pretty tight upstairs when the hide-a-bed was open, and there weren't enough blankets to accommodate (my wee ones brought their own blankies from home, which saved that one). Overall, it was a great place to vacation with a large group and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic property inside and out

Beautiful view and home at Alberta Beach

This lakefront home has lots of space to accommodate a large family or group of people and the kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and cookware. You will not need to bring condiments but would suggest packing the spices that you like to cook with. This home was very clean and comfortable for our family of five with 4 large bedrooms and a couple of living spaces. The Foosball table and loads of board games that were available were also a big hit on those days we experienced Alberta stormy weather. The view from the living room, kitchen and deck is breathtaking. The only thing that we really missed having in this rental was a Television. There was a large computer monitor available that we could play DVD's on but its just not the same. Overall we loved our week in this Lakefront home. Thank you Pamela you were a great host!

Beautiful cabin, great location

The cabin had everything we needed for our weekend. Its waterfront location was perfect for swimming, kayaking and fishing. I would recommend this property to for a medium sized group or two families to share.
