We recommend guests have access to a vehicle to make the most of what Chittaway Point and the surrounding Central Coast area has to offer. Onsite and street parking are available for guests travelling by car.

Safety: Children must be supervised at all times in the pool, creek, and garden.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Please particularly keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.
Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
