With Lake Wanaka & Wanaka township just a few minutes away, along with a variety of walking, biking tracks & trails on your doorstep, this modern, comfortable, spacious, bright home has it all. Bi-folding doors open onto a sheltered sunny deck with a grass yard & BBQ area where you can enjoy easy entertaining with effortless flow from indoors to outdoors. Views on Koru showcases open-plan living with a dining area & cozy wood burner, a comfortable lounge with Smart TV, large modern kitchen & four spacious bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs (with portable heaters), main bathroom, powder room, and ensuite off the master bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare delicious meals & you can directly pass food to your outdoor guests via the bifold kitchen window. There's a butler's pantry, dishwasher, four burner gas cooktop, oven, entertainers fridge/freezer, and of course a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee hit. Views on Koru comfortably accommodates eight guests. The house configuration is ideal for two small families or a group of friends on an adventure away. There is car parking available on the premises for up to 2 cars.

Please note, Airbnb does not consider infants to be guests (when counting numbers) and will allow you to book this property if any infants accompanying you take your guest numbers to higher than 8 guests. Unfortunately, our council regulations prohibit us from exceeding this number, including infants. If you do book for more than 8 guests, infants included, we will unfortunately need to cancel your booking and you will need to incur any fees we get charged.

You will have access to the entire property during your stay.

We are available to answer any questions via our Guest Portal DUVE. We leave guests alone during their stay but are on hand if required. I live locally and Im only a stones throw away. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.

This beautifully appointed home really is a wonderful base for that perfect holiday/staycation or workcation!

Wanaka is nestled on the Southern end of its namesake lake, Wanaka is a true gem that rejuvenates and refreshes all who visit. Whether you are taking in the local fishing, Mount Aspiring National Park, the ski fields, local wineries or scenic golf courses, it's an enchanting part of the Southern Lakes region. Views on Koru sits just off Totara Dr in an established leafy suburb of Wanaka, located 5 minutes drive from Wanaka's Town Center. Wanaka offers a wide variety of activities to do. You can take a lake cruise or a scenic helicopter flight, try your hand at heli-skiing, or fishing in many of the surrounding lakes and rivers. Alternatively, a walk to Rob Roy Glacier in the stunning Mt Aspiring National Park or walk with the locals up Mt Iron might be more your thing. Dingleburn Safari and Puzzling World with its maze and illusion room offer further entertainment options for children, as does Wanaka's 2 quirky unique movie theaters. If it’s more of a relaxing holiday you’re after, picnics on the Clutha River or Lakefront or a wine tour of the local vineyards are all a stone’s throw away. Wanaka's airport is 9km away & Queenstown's airport is only an hour’s drive via the stunning Crown Range. And of course, in winter, hit the slopes just a short drive away at the local ski fields: Cardrona, Treble Cone, or the Snow Farm. Enter Wanaka on State Hwy 84 - take the first left exit off the Anderson Road roundabout onto Plantation Rd - turn right into Totara Tce & right into Koru Way.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
