Located in town in the heart of Breckenridge at the south end of Main Street and steps to Peak 9 chair lift- this remodel is one of the best in Village Point! Enjoy clean luxury tile throughout and modern furnishings. As you walk in, take two steps down to the lower level for the two bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry area. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a large smart flat screen tv, which is accompanied by the ensuite custom bathroom with dual vanities, dual spa shower heads and a heated bidet-style toilet. The second bedroom has a full over Queen bunk bed, bay window as well as a smart flat-screen TV. Enter the full bath from the hall with a walk-in shower and heated bidet-style toilet. As you walk up the stairs, you access the open-spaced living area with an abundance of natural sunlight, a fully updated and stocked kitchen, large eat-in dining area with kitchen bar for memorable dinners and for those game nights with family and friends. The main room features a large, curved screen 4K TV with expanded cable and internet apps for full entertainment plus a full sleeper sofa and air mattresses. A remodeled half bath is conveniently located on the same floor.

Healthy Home - Clean Products
Please know that this home is cleaned with toxic free / fragrance free Branch Basics products. All bed sheets are Organic Bamboo, all towels are cotton- and all washed with toxic/fragrance free Branch Basics laundry detergent. The home is also free of toxic air fresheners. Tile floors are throughout the entire home – no carpet. Stainless Steel pots and pans for cooking. A Reverse Osmosis system is installed at the kitchen sink for clean drinking water (filters changed on schedule).

Summer trip

Went for the Mountain View’s, but didn’t research well enough to notice there isn’t any from this unit. It is nicely furnished, however downstairs bedrooms are dungeon like below ground level with window that peers out to the ground. During our stay some trees were cut right off the deck and our parking space was blocked off for a day causing us to remotely park. There was no notice this would occur.

Breckenridge Beauty

Our mini vacation to Breckenridge was exactly what we needed and this townhouse in Village Pointe didn’t disappoint. Smooth, timely and informative process from the management company Black Opal Rentals. Townhome location is so close to Main St. you could walk. We loved the hot tub, interior updates with everything you need from hot chocolate to bidets. You’ll love it here and we’ll definitely be back.

Spring Break Ski Vacation

If only I could rate unit and property management separately

Unit was a 5 out of 5. Proximity to both town, slopes and bus stop was perfect and kitchen very well stocked and ready to prepare any meal. Everything including bedding, furnishing and decor was perfect. Unfortunately, Black Opal home charters which was the property management company did not meet the standard of the unit. We booked the unit specifically for the hot tub but was only able to use it 2 out of 6 nights of our stay. After multiple communications (2 emails 3 texts and a phone call) I have still not received any acknowledgement or apologies for renting a unit which was not as advertised. And it was evident that someone was aware it had issues as there was already a pump inside upon our arrival but Black Opal Home only reacted after I notified them we are unable to get it heated. I completely understand hot tubs breaks and they did try to repair it with the hot tub repair folks back 3 days in a row (1st time was there in and out the condo for 4 hours while we were inside) and the 2 last visits completely un-announced, already inside the house when we got there ant then walking on the last visit with our 2 teenager daughters home alone and giving them quite a scare. Given the choice I would rather not have strangers in the house especially if I knew we would only have the use of it for 2 nights.

Perfect family ski condo

Perfect condo for family of four. Very modern & clean property with everything you need. Easy access to free bus route to base of the slopes. Convenient to town, but far enough away to feel like you were tucked away in the mountains. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay

Stay was very nice. Property was very clean and matched online bookong. Yen was very friendly and responsive. Power went out for a bit the first day and few minor things like kitchen lights stopped working and master bath drain doesnt work well. But overall a very nice stay and would highly recommend.

Beautiful townhouse

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. I stayed with my 3 children (9 years, 3 years and 7 months). Everything was clean and accessible. A plus was the baby pack and play. We loved the hot tub and the fireplace. Only negative for me was the amount of fees that were charged. I also was not a fan of the 10am check out so I had to pay extra to check out at 12pm. Honestly if it weren’t for these weird fees I would have given a 5 star rating.

Birthday Getaway

Would have rated this 5 stars, but the property manager was rude and very difficult to get ahold of. The garage code wasn’t working and wasn’t able to use the garage the first night. Would have been nice to charge my Tesla and not scrape ice off my windshield. The property manager questioned why I needed the garage and never got back to me like he said he would, instead of saying “I’d be happy to help resolve this issue asap”. Had to make multiple attempts to contact him as he doesn’t answer the phone or texts promptly. Unit was nice though.
