All bedrooms have block out views, to choose between waking up with the sun, or enjoy a well deserved sleep in.

Please note:
There is Air-conditioning in all of the bedrooms, but not in main living area. The main living area has ceiling fans, and the ability to open the apartment up to enjoy coastal breezes.
There is an ongoing construction site next door.

Pool is part of the complex so is shared.
NOTE:
- Minimum age to book and stay requirement is strictly 25 and older.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
-We don't take groups of more than 6 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info

- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Booking tax notice: Starting august 16 2023, A $10 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation
