This vibrant family home is walking distance to everything!

The home is a lovely stroll into town - to cafe's, bakeries, restaurants, pubs, ice-creameries and boutique shops. Relax and enjoy the sun and breeze on the North facing deck, or grab a towel and walk down to either one of the 2 local beaches.

With the stunning Coastal Walk only minutes away, and easy access to the famous Blow Hole and Lighthouse, you'll be spoilt for choice!

This home away from home features a bright, light-filled open-plan lounge and dining area leading onto the north-facing deck with glimpses of the sparkling sea and surrounded by a lush green setting. An 8-seater outdoor dining table and BBQ are available for your use on those beautiful summer evenings.

A fully-equipped kitchen opens into a small open-plan lounge area which has a sofa bed that easily converts into a very comfortable double bed. Two well-sized bedrooms, a study with a large desk ideal working from home or just catching up on your emails, and 2 separate bathrooms (one with bath) make this the perfect choice no matter what your family/friend group needs.

The downstairs laundry, with washing machine and tumble dryer is great for all those beach towels and wet bathers. There is a fire pit in the garden for relaxing around when you decide to stay in.

The lounge/dining area has air conditioning, and all other rooms are equipped with fans. Driveway parking for one car and plenty of additional parking available on the street.

In addition, we also offer all the little things you’ve come to expect when you are away:

- Tea & coffee making facilities (including a pod machine)

Guest access:-
Private access up a short flight of stairs to the front door. You'll have exclusive use of the entire top level of the house and the deck. The laundry is located at the bottom of an internal set of stairs. You're welcome to use the lovely back garden – it is shared with the tenant in the downstairs garden flat who has 2 small friendly dogs. She has her own separate entrance.

Other things to note:-
Small, well-mannered house-trained pets are welcome with pre-approval but please note that the fully enclosed back garden is shared. There is a lovely off-lead dog park nearby and plenty of walks to do with your furry friend.

A lovely place to stay

We had such a wonderful holiday at Ceas The home was beautifully decorated, roomy and accommodating to pets and children The location was within reach of the beaches and cafes of Kiama A really lovely place to stay

We love to travel the world and to explore Australia. We love camping, bbq's with friends, days at the beach and walks in the country. We love to stay in clean, comfortable places that feel like home when we are away and we hope that is how guests will feel when they stay in our house.

Why they chose this property

Kiama offers so much! It is surrounded by a whole selection of beautiful beaches and is just a few minutes drive to beautiful countryside and small villages. We have sea pools, markets, restaurants, cafes, scenic drives, coastal walks, rainforest, waterfalls, wineries, and much more all within easy access.

What makes this property unique

Our home is comfortable and convenient. You can walk to 2 beautiful beaches to swim or surf or sunbathe. You can walk into the Kiama high street which is buzzing with cafes, shops and restaurants. The bowling club bistro is just a block away. There are gyms and parks. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds with good quality linen. We have air con in the lounge area, and fans in the rest of the house. Our deck is north facing with a lovely peaceful view. We have a firepit and bbq in the back yard and an 8 seater outdoor dining table in the garden and on our the deck.
