Pool and hot tub access in complex with workout center, quiet gated community, single car garage, 15 min. from University of Phoenix stadium, 5 min from Goodyear spring training complex, 15 min. from most major venues. Well stocked, new beds, recently remodeled, new furniture.
Nice YMCA across the street from complex with many dining venues in local area. Safe, quiet and has a nice eastern exposure for enjoying the morning sun on the back patio furniture. WiFi and cable included.

Very nice condo
Well appointed condo on the ground floor.Nice furniture and comfortable bed.Everything worked well for the two of us.

The condo was decorated beautifully, looks like a model home. Is complete with everything you need!
My first impression was walking through the door and seeing how much thought was put into the decorating, beautiful shower and plenty of bathroom space. The bed is cozy makes you feel completely at home. All the kitchen appliances readily available. A patio overlooking a golf course . The entrance is close proximity to the pool, gym, and guest parking. It’s not a huge complex, which I love so there are neighbors looking out for one another which makes it feel safe and secure. The host Shelly, is very accommodating , attentive, and responsive to any questions or concerns. We would stay here again and recommend this home to anyone , we are happy we choose the Fox condo ! 🏡❤️

Warm, safe community
The low use pool is very relaxing, the park across the street is a great walking path with regular free concerts and a flurry of activity. The back patio is very private and has a nice morning sun exposure.

We are single family owner, living in Washington state and have 4 adult children. One of our sons attends college at Grand Canyon University. We enjoy the warm sun on the back patio in the mornings, the quiet pool and jacuzzi and the walks around the park across the street.

Why they chose this property

We bought this as a vacation home with a plan to occasionally rent it out. We strive to maintain a very clean and comfortable atmosphere and hope those who stay here enjoy their stay as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

This is the only unit with an access gate off of the patio. It is near the side of the street where the park and YMCA are and golf course views.
