The Space:
As you step inside, you will be greeted with a spacious and beautifully decorated living area, complete with comfortable seating and large windows that offer breathtaking views of the beach and the ocean beyond. The open floor plan creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it ideal for spending quality time with your loved ones.

Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

The Neighborhood:
One of the main attractions of Angra dos Reis is its magnificent coastline, characterized by crystal clear waters and a diverse array of islands scattered throughout the region. There are a total of 365 islands in the area, each offering unique landscapes and opportunities for exploration. Some of the most popular islands include Ilha Grande, Ilha dos Porcos, and Ilha da Gipoia.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Other Things to Note:
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:

* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

Interaction with Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
