Perfect for Girls’ Getaway!

This property was amazing! Room sizes, proximity to the beach, minimal noise level surrounding property, and cleanliness! Would definitely stay here again. The only feedback would be to provide miniature toiletries as many of the VRBO properties of this caliber do.

Amazing Property!

The home was immaculate! Lots of room for everyone to spread out. We really enjoyed the outside living area under the house. Home was very well stocked including the kitchen. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice home

Everything was very nice. The thoughtful extras made it especially nice. Two of the bedrooms had pet hair on the bed blankets and we don't have pets so that was unwelcome, otherwise great stay.

Excellent vacation rental

The property was beautiful with beautiful views. We stayed here for my 8 year old daughter's birthday and it has more than you could ask for! Lots of games and lots of space and all the amenities. Great stay!

Thanksgiving 2024

Beautiful house, clean, very well stocked and maintained. Not only had the "required" items for us to use and enjoy, but had numerous extras. From snacks, to a waffle iron, an extra counter-top oven, plenty of paper and plastic products, and more than enough silverware and dishes for our large group. We enjoyed what seemed like high-end linens and pillows, and the fully stocked personal grooming kits included in each bathroom. They even had a couple of high-end mountain bikes and beach gear for us to use. I could list additional items, but you get the message.The house was well laid out and in a great location on the island. Only a block or two from the beach. For our older relatives the elevator was a life saver and worked great. This was our second Thanksgiving in this particular home, and once again it didn't disappoint. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a little in or out of season beach fun.

Great stay with the family

We had a wonderful time with family and friends and our puppies. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, a short walk to the beach and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. We loved the rooftop deck with good view in all directions.

Great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house last weekend! The living room and outdoor areas were perfect for watching football, with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made our stay stress-free and relaxing.One of the best parts was how close it was to the beach—just a few blocks away. We really appreciated the beach cart and chairs that were provided, which made our trips to the beach super convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

40th Birthday Celebration at the beach!!!

Absolutely awesome property with plenty of space and multiple amazing spots from the roof top deck to the 1st floor game patio. We enjoyed it all and would absolutely recommend!!!

Beautiful townhouse

The townhouse is absolutely beautiful and very close to the beach. We had a heavy rain and flooding in the entryway and the management company was responsive. Once the sun came out, we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend others to stay here

Wonderful Weekend

Our family wanted a 4 day weekend get away and booked this location. Then the unnamed storm hit dropping 20” of rain right where we were going to stay. The property manager stayed in touch with us making sure we would feel comfortable staying there. The home is beautiful and we had a great time.

Great property for families

This was the first opportunity our whole family was able to vacation together since all 3 of our kids have been married. This very clean and modern property handled 8 adults and two 2-year-olds with plenty of room to spare and everyone loved it!! Location was great being just two streets off the beach and less than a mile from the Boardwalk area where most of the restaurants are. The fourth floor was a regular hang out for the whole group with a large living room and kitchen. Kitchen was stocked with every appliance and utensil you would need. Nice touch having a permanent gate that was easy to operate at top of stairs so no worries letting the granddaughters roam. Two sizable bedrooms are located on 2nd floor and two on 3rd, each with its own bathroom and roomy closets. The patio area was another hit with our crew especially in the evening. Adults grilled, played pool, and threw darts and the toddlers loved playing in the fenced-in backyard with Ms Rachel playing on the large flat screen TV. Rooftop deck was also a nice place to steal away every now and then. We had enough room to park 3 mid-size SUVs plus a Suburban in the driveway. This property definitely added to our being able to fully enjoy our family time away. Great rental!! Highly recommend.

This is the house you want to rent!

This gorgeous home was perfect for our family vacation. Where to start?7 people and a service dog were extremely comfortable. The house is set up for maximum privacy while still having awesome areas for groups.Sunrise coffee and evening cocktails on the roof was a WIN!!! Not to mention - the best view for fireworks on the 4th (and 5th!)The kitchen had everything we needed and more for a 4th of July bash.The ground floor area is so much fun with darts and a pool table. Beautiful small grassy fenced yard for our pup and plenty of room to watch movies in the yard like a drive-in!Huge dining room table accommodated us and friends for dinner and games.The elevator is a vacation game changer! Easy for luggage, groceries.The realtor is responsive and super helpful with all questions.Each room was perfectly decorated to make you feel comfortable and pampered. Every amenity was considered.Honestly, we can't give enough stars for this fantastic property!

Great for Family Reunion

This is a nicely appointed home. We cooked all of our meals and appreciated the nicely appointed kitchen, good cookware, and fairly stocked spice drawer. We enjoyed both the first floor game / grill area and the rooftop patio. The living room was very comfortable for evening games. Bedrooms were exactly what we needed for our three couples and two teenage brothers. Beach access is an easy 5 minute walk. Town is walking distance as well, about 15 blocks

My Family came to NC from many different states and we enjoyed our beach days immensely. Carissa was wonderful . Answered all our questions quickly and got us help when we needed it. I would highly recommend this rental. 5 stars all around

Great location

House was not only nicely decorated but clean and comfortable. Family had a good time cooking out and enjoying the back patio game area. Kitchen was nicely stocked and gorgeous. Elevator was easy to use and helped those unable to use stairs. I would love to stay here again. Great neighborhood and very close to not only the beach, boardwalk and live music. Just so many things to do. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Our Month of March in the elevator.

This property is unusually configured with functions on 6 different levels supported by a reliable elevator. Each floor provided comfortable and tasteful household services. From the very nice pool table and darts at ground level to the skydeck on the roof with enhanced sea views. This home is very comfortable and quite nicely appointed with most conveniences and features anyone would need. We really liked it and had a lot of fun.

The property was clean, well stocked, well kept, functional, and exactly as advertised. The managing agent and owner were extremely responsive and made our stay one to remember. If available and they'll have us we'd like to go back again next year...

Senior Getaway

The home was clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Each of the 4 bedrooms had its own private bathroom. The elevator was very helpful. From the rooftop deck we saw sunrises, sunsets and even a full rainbow. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful House!

My family (kids, grandson) and our dog had a wonderful fall beach vacation in this beautiful house! I can't say enough good things about the house - beautifully decorated, comfortable, great outdoor space, very well stocked kitchen - it has it all! The elevator was a huge bonus! The covered patio with pool table, TV and dart board was great and the backyard was perfect for our pup! It is in a very nice neighborhood and only 2 blocks to the beach access. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Incredible Property

We were needing a property to spread out as a family. This house was everything that we wanted and more. The property was super clean and had plenty of room. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. Looking forward to coming back if the future allows.
