The Rose Cottage features lovely herb and rose gardens, and complimented with fantastic citrus trees. The interior has been recently upgraded to your every comfort need. Fully stocked kitchen. Luxurious linens and bath towels. 10-15 min to the airport, and only 10 min to the Phoenix Convention Center, Chase Field, Talking Stick Arena and ASU Downtown campus. Free to the public jogging track across the street. The lake at adjoining Encanto Park is also a lovely walk. The Rose Cottage is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Wonderful home- much trouble getting in but eventually the owner took over for the property manager and things went smoothly from there. He was very responsive and available to answer questions. Enjoyable stay!

Rose Cottage
The property manager, Marvin was terrific. The home is lovely…both indoors and outdoors. The home was immaculate and very well equipped. A super comfortable place to call home for 3-4 days in Phoenix.

It's bigger inside than it looks
Our family shared a vacation and this beautiful historic home was perfect for the 6 of us. We have rented vacation homes before and I have to say this was one of the few ones that 'felt' like a home. It is very comfy and the backyard is so peaceful, I could've stayed out there the whole time. Marvin is a fantastic host. He provided a good overview of where everything is in the house. The neighborhood is quiet and there's not a lot of traffic. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great Property. Great arrangements. Enjoyed the stay. Wish the information on the website gets corrected (it's not a 4 bdrm home, it is a 3 bdrm home). Besides this, it was very good. Friendly and cooperative manager Mr. Marvin. Very helpful each time we had any questions or changes.

Wonderful house
Fantastic house, every amenity you can think of, luxurious linens, beautiful house. We lived sitting out back and watching the hummingbirds. Gorgeous gardens.

Historic property/comfortable and cozy
4 day stay for college lacrosse. Wonderful property...comfortable and cozy...convenient. Back 'yard' with many vegetables and fruit trees. Also lots of cute yard cats. Extremely responsive owner...had a few issues with smoke detector and TV....came over and fixed problems promptly. Would definitely stay here again.
