Step into the Main House and you'll find yourself on the upper floor, where you'll be greeted by two charming bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for a good night's rest, as well as a desk for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the necessary appliances, including a coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, waffle maker, kettle, plates, utensils, and more, so you can enjoy a delicious meal with your loved ones. You'll also have access to a washing machine and dryer for your laundry needs. The dining area is an ideal spot to enjoy your meals, while the living room is perfect for relaxing with your friends or family. Why they chose this property

This is a very unique and serene property that is surrounded by Mill creek, making the
property a little island in the very heart of Kelowna. Conviniently located in the corner of Richter St and Elliot. In the share backyard it’s not unusual to see ducks, deer, cranes, beavers making their way through the creek. The house is very close to the hospital, lake, downtown, city park, amenities, grocery stores, public transit, church, OK Collage, drug stores, restaurants, pubs, theatres, museums, etc...
