Upon entering the property, you’ll find exquisite finishes, accentuated hardwood flooring, high ceilings, and abundant natural light. In the main living area, you will find upscale and comfortable seating, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and sliding door access to the back deck. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space and a center island with barstool seating. The dining area serves as the perfect entertainment space as it offers scenic views, ample seating, access to the wine refrigerator, and is in close proximity to the kitchen. You will also find comfortable, additional seating towards the end of the dining area as well as access to the screened porch.
You will also find a first-floor, half-bathroom that is accessible down the hall.
The first-floor primary bedroom features a flat-screen TV, sliding door access to the deck, and a king-sized bed with notable bedding. It also features a private bathroom with a double sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub.
The second bedroom is found on the second floor. It features a king-sized bed, a TV, balcony access with scenic views, and a private bathroom. The second bathroom offers a shower and bathtub combination.
The third bedroom is also found on the second floor and is perfect for kids as it offers a queen-sized bed and a college twin-sized bed. It also features its own private bathroom equipped with a shower and bathtub combination.
The fourth bedroom is a finished room over the garage and is well-equipped with a queen-sized Murphy bed, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened porch or sit back and lounge on the spacious back deck. Both offer perfect opportunities to connect with beautiful natural views.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests do not have access to the home's garage. No pets allowed.
