Across the street you will find the historic Empress hotel and right around the corner you can take your picture in front of the Parliament Building to let your friends back home know that you have arrived. A 96 point Walk Score means you are literally minutes from the BC Museum, the ocean, theatre, shopping, martini bars, pubs, restaurants and tour operators. While the initial construction phase has passed you can expect normal job site noise 7am-7pm Mon-Fri and 8am-7pm Sat. Our pricing has taken this into account.

The Falls glass condo building is situated right across the street from the Victoria Convention Centre and one block from the historic and famous Empress Hotel and two blocks from the Inner Harbour. The condo building is hugely secure requiring a key fob to enter the building and to access the elevator.Restaurants surround the building and others within easy walking distance.

Fabulous condo near harbour in Victoria
This is a really great, well equipped, perfectly located condo near the harbour in Victoria behind the Empress Hotel. Highly recommend it.

Great spot close to the action. You can walk almost everywhere that matters for tourists :-). We worried a bit about traffic noise but it was not an issue. Close to the YMCA as well.

My husband and I and our adult son stayed at the Falls over Thanksgiving weekend 2023. The apartment was just as advertised, in a perfect location to enjoy Victoria and well appointed. Everything we needed was provided. Jacob, the owner’s son, met us to pass over the key and provide instructions for parking. We were very appreciative, especially since we arrived after 9pm on Saturday night of a long weekend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location. Walking distance to many attractions. Lots of restaurants to choose from. We did Butchart Gardens and were the second car in. Great getting pictures with no people. By 10 am there were lots of people. Hatley Castle was beautiful but closed to tours. If you enjoy large structures check out the Kinsol Trestle about 45 min drive from town. You can walk across it but don't look down!! Yikes!! Stunning views of the stream flowing below. Overall great trip and condo was just right. It's small but works for two. On site secure parking was icing on the cake. Lovely Starbucks just across the street. Enjoy.

Absolutely Wonderful
Great property and fantastic location. Right in the heart of downtown Victoria and within walking distance to so many great dining and socializing venues. We spent one full day out of town and found access to roads out of town very manageable. If we ever get the opportunity to return to this wonderful city, this will be our first choice to stay.

Great location with home-like amenities!
The condo was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed to make it our home away from home for the three nights we stayed. Really nice view of downtown Victoria with a balcony. The pool was not huge, but it was heated and cozy. Unfortunately, the jets on the hot tub stopped working on the first day that we were there, but that's not the fault of the condo's hosts, Chuck and Martha. We felt very safe as it was a secured building with access to the floors and pool/hot tub area only accessible to building residents and guests using a key fob. The books and games available in the condo were a friendly addition. We had a great stay and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Amazing accommodations steps away from Inner Harbor
We enjoyed our time in Victoria and were grateful to have such an amazing place to stay. The condo is spacious and has a great layout. It is comfortable and decorated beautifully with amazing artwork throughout, and it has all the amenities you might need. The condo’s location is perfect and really convenient. There’s no need for a car to explore downtown Victoria because there are shops, restaurants, and the inner harbor steps away. There’s also a 7-11 right below, a pharmacy just up the block, and a Starbucks across the street. The hosts were so welcoming and even met us when we arrived to give us the keys and show us around. After a full day of traveling, that personal touch meant a lot, and they went above and beyond what we were expecting. They were easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to our messages. We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if we’re lucky enough to return to this beautiful city!

Great location near the sites and tours. We were able to walk where/when we didn’t feel like driving which was most of the time. Restaurants were everywhere! Super property and when needed we got quick, helpful replies via VRBO chat. Really enjoyed the well equipped kitchen. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay at the property and around town. Next time we visit Victoria BC (we hope for a longer time) we will see if this property is available. It will be our first choice! Already recommended it to friends! Thanks for the great memories.

Wonderful stay at this property it is a great location and makes hanging out downtown really simple and easy. Only disappointment was that the pool/spa were closed for the full stay which was unfortunate as the weather was so nice. I would definitely stay here again - until next time.

Great downtown apartment
Great apartment, very handy for the waterfront and eatibg places.Has the great advantage of secure parking. The only problem is the check in and out, which are too complicated and need to be easier. Also the apartment hadnt been cleaned when we arrived, which was upseting. We were given a small amount of compensation which was good but it meant our arrival was a lot of hassle. In every other way it was a fantastic place and we would recommend it.

Welcome to Victoria, we are Martha and Chuck and we have called this gorgeous town our home for over 40 years. We love how close we live to nature, the unrivaled access to the ocean and the laid back and friendly outlook of everyone else who loves living here. Our son Jacob assists with hosting our bookings as well.

The award winning “Falls” towers features secure underground parking (6’8” clearance).

- These facilities are open from sunrise to sunset and are a wonderful way to
start or end your day.

The Two Towers are separated by a central garden with a reflecting pool.

The building is very secure, fobs are needed for both entry and elevator access.

The gourmet kitchen includes a large granite island with 4 comfortable stools for entertaining. The stainless steel appliances are top end and include a gas range with integrated hood fan and built in oven.
You’ll find everything you need to prepare a great meal including a complete selection of spices and herbs and stemware for your wine or champagne.
As well the kitchen has stainless steel pots, dishes, cutlery, spices, and coffee/tea for the first several days.

Over the fireplace is a 58 inch TV with an extensive package of channels.

The south facing balcony offers a sunny location to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. There are four comfortable chairs and drink table and lovely views to the Empress Hotel.

The bedroom boasts a king size bed with high quality linens and a down comforter. Enjoy a movie after a busy day on the 50 inch TV situated over the bureau. There is a large closet and luggage racks for your convenience.

The bathroom is right off the bedroom and has double sinks, soaker tub, separate shower and floor to ceiling marble tile.

For parties larger than 2 you can take advantage of a queen sized leather sleeper sofa with high end linens and comforter.

There are pool towels in the bedroom closet. Other in suite amenities include a washer/dryer, high speed wifi.
