Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire home to themselves as well as the backyard and dock.
*The Spa is a TWO Person Spa. Overuse of spa will result in the water temp dropping.
*Please note we do not allow guests to play on the lakeside retaining wall and only on the dock.
*The lake does NOT allow swimming nor is it sanitary enough to swim in.
*Fishing is catch and releases only. Guests are liable for proper fishing permits.
Two-car driveway. Street parking is free. Please do not park in front of neighbors' homes or fire hydrants. No garage parking - the garage has been turned into a game room! There is very limited parking for trailers or RV's.
Early Check-in Requests
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

These man-made lakes feature boating and fishing — catch & release directly from the backyard!
The convenient access to route 101 puts everything within a reasonable driving distance. Located just a few minutes away are the University of Phoenix Stadium and the Phoenix Coyotes hockey arena at Westgate.
Enjoy hiking at the nearby Thunderbird Conservation Park, plus additional boating and fishing locations on four separate lakes - Great Falls, Sunset, Shadow Mountain, and Emerald Lakes. There are also plenty of walking trails and playgrounds nearby!

Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Glendale area. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

🚭 NO SMOKING inside. This includes Arizona's newest cash crop. Please remain 10ft away from windows and doors. Do NOT smoke with windows or sliding doors open. Not throwing away butts or other smoking-related items will incur a $50 cleaning fee or $200 for deodorizing the home.
🔊 Quiet Hours begin at 10:00 PM per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
🐶Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
📢 Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC. Units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it.

*This is a TWO PERSON SPA
*Hot Tub services arrive every TUESDAY between 8AM-9AM to ensure the hot tub is clean, safe, and working! Please let them work!
*Lake Access is Dock Only - guests are not allowed to stand on the lake retaining wall as it causes damage, please only use the dock.
*No Swimming in the lake - it is not sanitary.
*Catch and release fishing only
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
