Mareazul is a tropical haven. It’s stunning in every direction you turn. It’s off the beaten path, a bit north of downtown Playa del Carmen, but still close enough to the north end of 5th Avenue, where you can walk, cycle, or take a 5-minute taxi ride to a prime spot on La Quinta Avenida (5th Ave), a 6-mile pedestrian street lined with restaurants, cafes, shops, bars, live music venues, vibrant malls, street performers, and more.

- An indoor dining table that accommodates 6 guests comfortably so that you can enjoy any meal of the day.

You may find it hard to leave the Marezaul resort complex, with its gorgeous 10,000 sq ft swimming pool with bridges and swim-up ledges to sunbathe, plenty of poolside loungers, and the beach and sea just in front. You’ll have two restaurants on-site if you don’t feel like going too far. One of them is beachside, so you can enjoy a relaxing brunch with a Caribbean Sea view! Or, head to Marena Beach Club for a change of scenery and a more lively experience. They also have a pool there and serve food with a full bar.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay. You can also enjoy all the complex amenities onsite, like the pool, two restaurants, private beach, tennis, gym & spa, mini mart, hammock gardens & expansive lush tropical grounds. Massage service has an additional cost (ask at reception). Use of the tennis court (book at the reception in advance).

Mareazul, within the exclusive Corasol community, is home to one of the most famous golf courses in the area as well as other exclusive condominiums. The Mareazul complex has everything you could need without going far. A 10k sq ft resort-style pool, private beach club, gym, tennis, spa, mini-mart, and two restaurants. You’ll also be just 15 minutes from the heart of Playa del Carmen and just a 5-minute drive to the famous 5th Avenue, lined with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutiques, souvenir shops, vibrant malls, and nightlife.

Getting Around:
The property is about 53 km | 36 mi from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Due to the property's location, we recommend renting a car while staying at the property. The condo is about a 15-minute drive to the heart of downtown Playa del Carmen. Though everything is not a far drive, you’ll need a car to get there. Don’t worry, there’s free parking at the property. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the upstairs condo is currently undergoing construction, which may result in some noise during regular working hours. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Electricity is included for stays under 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of your arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving. AC consumes the most.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. You’ll be required to acknowledge these rules upon arrival.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.
