The Space:
Welcome to this inviting condo at the Magia complex, a perfect spot for your stay in Playa del Carmen. The open-concept living area features two cozy sofas and sliding glass doors that lead to a private terrace, where you can enjoy views of the pool and relax with a good book or a drink.
The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, from quality appliances to essential cookware. The dining table seats six, making it easy to gather for a home-cooked dinner or takeout from a local spot. There’s also a second sitting area with a comfy sofa and flatscreen TV, great for unwinding after a day out.
The condo has two comfortable bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double/full bed, ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: Double/full bed, ensuite bathroom
Other conveniences include a washer and dryer in the unit, a dishwasher, and bath and beach towels for guest use. At Magia, enjoy a large pool, a separate one for the kids, a gym (open from 9 am to 7 pm), and the security of 24/7 surveillance, including cameras outside in the common areas. Free covered parking is also available.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay. As a guest, you’ll have access to the shared pools with a lounge area and the gym onsite is open 9 am to 7 pm

The Neighborhood:
Located right in the heart of Playa del Carmen, the Magia condo complex puts you close to everything. Just a block down from the beach, explore the bustling 5th Avenue with its restaurants and shops, and take in the vibrant atmosphere. It’s a great spot for families and anyone who enjoys having everything within easy reach.
Getting Around:
The property is about 34.5 mi | 55.5 km from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!
There's a private underground parking garage, in the event you're arriving by car. Also, when you drive around in town be aware of where you park as you may be in a metered parking spot. In this case, you'll need need to search for the meter to pay for your parking. The meters are in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm, except for official holidays. There are also public parking lots around town for a nominal fee by the hour/day. Luckily, however, the property is centrally located you won’t really need a car because everything is within walking distance. And for any activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) to where you need to go.

**There is ongoing building maintenance taking place, expect construction noise between 11 am and 2 pm and moderate noise until 6pm.**
The condo is currently for sale, so brief showings may be scheduled during your stay previous notice given.
Please note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only.
Potential for noise — Being in the downtown area there could be noise from vehicles or outside noises that are not ours.
Must climb stairs — The building has elevator service, however, in case of repair or maintenance, the guest must use stairs.
Wi-Fi, Smart TV, centralized AC, bed linens, bath & beach towels are all provided free for guests during your stay. Free parking on premises as well.
Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of your arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.
There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
To ensure a smooth checkout with us, please leave the property in a clean condition. Leave all used towels and bed linens from each room on the floor, put used beach towels on the living room floor, take the garbage out to the bins outside, and leave the key in the lockbox. Housekeeping tips or gratuities are also greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Lastly, long-term stays are available. There’s also a laptop-friendly space inside. Great for the remote worker!
We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.
Please follow the house rules. You will be responsible for any damages or losses made to the property and common areas.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their visit.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool, and common area regulations, and opening/closing hours must be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
