Great for a large groups, conveniently located.

House was clean and as advertised. We spent a lot of time in the covered backyard seating area and the hot tub was an added bonus, especially after a long day of golf and wineries. It's also conveniently located close to the bridge and Falls.

Would definitely recommend this house

House was only a short 10 minute walk to the main attractions. Inside was designed so well and had everything we needed for our stay. The backyard is beautiful with a full gazebo and hot-tub.

Annual Family Vacation

The inside of the house was lovely..the "fifth bedroom" shouldn't really be classified as a bedroom...but the rest of the house was amazing. Aside from some sketch neighbors the house was in close proximity to everything i would recommend

Family Trip to Niagara Falls

We spent three lovely days at Niagara Falls and were lucky to book Carlos' home for our stay. We were a party of 10 - six adults and four kids. The house is just as in the pictures! Everything is brand new and clean (I believe the full remodel was completed a few months before our visit). The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for a larger group (plenty of silverware :). The kids enjoyed staying in the room in the attic, and we all enjoyed the backyard pool and hot tub. The house is within walking distance to the Falls, which was super convenient as we didn't have to worry about parking when going on tours. Communication with Carlos and his team was easy, timely, and clear. We needed a few things during our stay, and they were very responsive and accommodating. We were very pleased with our stay, had lots of fun, and wholeheartedly recommend it!

Very functional home for large family vacation

Great for family gathering with easy access to Niagara Falls...and everything just worked! (not always the case with vaca homes)! Adults appreciated recently upgraded main level with open kitchen and large dining. Kids 5-11yrs loved the attic level playroom; low ceilings and beds -- small mattresses on floor -- not suitable for adults but great for kids. Bedroom level is very tight, not much room around beds to walk or for suitcases, but many sleeping configurations and comfortable mattresses. Bathrooms also small, but showers nice and everything clean and worked properly. Hot tub worked great and protected from sun, pool clean and not freezing, outdoor covered seating w/fire table all nice, great grill. Good size yard with old-school playset; plastic axe throwing set was a big hit for all ages. 5min walk to a few good restaurants, 10mins to crazy main streets, 15-20mins to main falls viewing though a bit hilly. Deck/outdoor stairs need some repairs. Neighbor's yard strong smell of chickens/ducks when downwind, but most days fine. Otherwise, no complaints, recommended!
