Things happen

Loved the home and people who took care of the home. There were a few issues that were unexpected. Construction in the backyard. Which was an issue as i was traveling with my 3 young grandsons who need to have space to run around and play. Listing stated there was air conditioning but when we got there there was no air conditioner. The owner/ agent was quick to respond to our need and came and installed a small window air conditioner unit. Along with the backyard construction the workers turned on the outside faucet which flooded the basement as the pipe had frozen over the winter. This was an issue which was out of everyones control.

Great Place

This was a great place to stay and nothing negative to say what so ever. I will be a repeat customer when i go to Cody again. We also had a 2, 3, and 5 year old with us. Very kid friendly house as well.

Nice Property. Would stay there again.

Whoever cleaned for them after the last visitor wasn't real detailed. Stove front needed wiped off, kitchen garbage had a big drip down the front of it, top of toaster was dirty. Nothing that was a deal breaker for us. Our one big suggestion is this. The property sleeps 10 very comfortably, however when 10 people need a shower that hot water only survives 2 shower at a time. Even splitting up some people in the morning and some at night didn't solve the problem. Either they need to buy a bigger water heater or a tankless one would probably be the best choice.

House was warm and welcoming! We had a very comfortable stay! Beds were comfy, property was clean and had everything we needed. Great location close to downtown! We will stay here again when in Cody!

What a beautiful and comfortable house! It was well appointed with great beds, cooking supplies and ingredients, books and magazines. We enjoyed our stay very much. We even built a cozy fire in the wood stove with wood provided.

Beautiful Home!

Thank you so much for a fabulous place to stay in Cody! We had plenty of room for our large family, and stayed nice and warm and cozy during the snowstorm. We were able to find kitchen utensils/supplies in the kitchen as would be expected in renting a home, and were able to enjoy our time together while we were in Cody for our kids' event.

Friends getaway

Nice old home

This rental was not what we expected. The address in “maps” puts you in an alleyway. When you figure it out, the map address shows you at the wrong address. The only parking is on the street across from an apartment building. Only one shower as the main bath is a free standing claw tub. It quaint and like visiting grandma. Not really my cup of tea.

Great Place and Great Communications

Really a nice place for our group of six adults to hang out. I t was a nice place for us to see all the sites around Cody and Yellowstone. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. PS Lisa was great!

Perfect Vaca!

We rented this charming home for a week. The home had the feel of home away from home, very peaceful. Everything about the home's decor was tastefully done. The home was very ckean and completely furnished with everything you would need in your own home, right down to the kitchen utensils and a fantastic book selection for your reading pleasure. A large group could stay and still feel a sense of privacy with the basement providing a second living space to retreat to, complete with games and puzzles. We simply can't say enough about this fabulous home! You will love everything about it. Upon our return to Cody, we will be booking this home again, no doubt!

Cute Home in Cody!

The home was impeccably clean, and was decorated nicely throughout. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. The host was easy to reach, and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend this home for its proximity to Yellowstone, and for its location in Cody itself. Thank you!

Family Vacation

Very cute and clean house! We were happy with the side patio and grill. Full kitchen was great for cooking at home. The sleeping arrangements were adequate and fresh bedsheets. Lots of extra linen and towels. There are two bathrooms but only one has a shower, so we just planned ahead for the bathroom use. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Not cleaned prior to our arrival.

House is in a quiet area. When we entered upon checkin, the beds were not made. The sheets/comforters were laying on the laundry room floor along with the dirty towels. The counters had food on them. We ended up washing all of the bedding and cleaning the place up a bit. Also the sprinkler system stays on for 1-2 hours. I tried reaching our point of contact (Lisa) twice via phone and left two voicemails. She never returned my calls. I would like the cleaning fee portion of our stay refunded since we had to spend a large amount of time getting the place straightened out. Also, I’m fairly certain the homeowner stays in a camper behind the house. She lets the dogs in and out of the backyard of the property. It was very awkward. I’d like someone to contact me from VRBO about this.

Nice house, not ready for guests

It's a nicely decorated house and would be comfortable. We got to the house at 3:30 p.m. Check-in time was 3:00 p.m. The first thing we noticed was that it was cold, 50 degrees Fahrenheit, on a cold winter day. The second thing was dirty floor in the entry and dirty countertops and a toilet that had not been flushed, much less cleaned. After turning on every heater and starting a fire in the wood stove, the house warmed up by bed time. We were just glad we hadn't come at 10:00 at night! The communication with the Evolve company (house managers) was very good and prompt, but the local person didn't respond until in the evening. We were surprised that a house in Wyoming didn't have central heating, but the individual heaters worked well. The kitchen was well supplied, but the refrigerator hadn't been cleaned either. I hope the people responsible will do better in the future, because it's a nice home and has room for at least 6 people. The Museum Complex is fabulous and we found a good Japanese Restaurant, and a good small Lebanese cafe (Sitti's).
