Kick back and relax in this calm, cottage space. Perfect for a romantic escape . Enjoy the sunsets in the evenings on the porch or go for walks down at the beach.

Your stay is on the beachfront so only a couple of minutes to the ever changing river and beach.

There is a children's playground a stones throw away if you have a child with you.

Koitiata dosen't have any shops, your nearest food store for basics is Turakina Mobil Station.
We do have wifi available, limited cellphone coverage.

Remote & very sweet cottage stay

This place is lovely. I really appreciated the cotton sheets as opposed to the usual polyester! Very comfortable beds. 30 minute drive to Whanganui so lots to do. Very hot at this time of year! Thank you Katy it was a great stay and my kids enjoyed the park over the road.

We lucked out finding this house as an in between stop on our travels. It is a very sweet house in a quiet area. We walked down to the beach and caught a spectacular sunset! Wish we could have stayed another night or two.

the place is spotless and good for a relaxing time only 20 minutes from wanganui which is great.shame the river had changed course since I was last here which meant a long walk to the beach,but nice and quiet here

We enjoyed our short family getaway, nice place very quite and close to the beach and a playground. We spend most of the days in Whanganui, drive is not far 25-30 min.

Awesome little house

Yes, the property was lovely and clean. The photos of the exterior house do not do justice to what is available inside. Kitchen is very well resourced, modern and easy to keep clean. Will definitely go back there again if required.
