Fairway Villas features exclusive use of an Infinity pool, hot tub, poolside barbeque area, fitness room and is a short walk to Ananehoomalu Bay. Just steps from your front door, the Resort has fine dining, premium shops at Kings and Queens Market Place, golf courses and resort hotels. This spacious townhome is an end unit offering privacy with no one above or below.

This villa comes with a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The dining table seats 6 with additional 3 stools at the kitchen bar. Dine on the lanai with beautiful palm tree and fairway views. The lanai has a dining table for 6 plus additional seating. The bedroom layout includes a king in master bedroom with a large en suite bath, a queen in the second bedroom with en suite bath, and two twin beds with adjoining bath for the third bedroom. A sleeper sofa in the upstairs open loft outside the master bedroom can also accommodate 2 people.

Great place for a family vacation

Great place to stay! 8 if us stayed comfortably. The unit is set up very nicely with common areas for cooking, chatting and hanging out together. Great outdoor space, right on the golf course, very quiet and a beautiful view. Well stocked kitchen and beach gear for all ages. Check in was a breeze and communication was easy. 5 minute walk to King's market and close enough to walk to the beach (although easier to drive if you are bringing lots of gear). Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful and perfect for our vacation

This was such a wonderful trip for our family. The house was perfect and very comfortable. We loved the convenience to the markets, shops, restaurants and gas. More importantly, the proximity to the beaches was awesome! Communication with Susan and the property manager was on point and very easy. Perfect Location & Stay

This is one of my favorite locations to stay in when in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area. This unit is an end unit 3 bedroom facing the golf course, with sleeping arrangements for all 7 of us (the pull out couch possibly could have slept one more but the 11 year old happily took it). Everything was as described in the unit and there was beach chairs, snorkeling equipment and beach toys available. The property manager was extremely responsive and really helped make our stay special. The location is perfect with the ability to walk to the King & Queens shops and to A-bay through the Marriott hotel easily. The pool, workout space and shared grills are extremely close to the unit without any of the noise that comes from those areas. It was extremely private and had everything we needed for a great stay. Parking was not a problem in the development and we always had space for the two cars. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a space

Outstanding Family Vacation

Excellent Property with Superior Service

This was the best experience we have ever had in renting a vacation property. The listing was very descriptive and the owner answered every question we had within minutes of our text. We had to modify our original plans and this was done the same day as our request. The property managers, Tiva & David, were amazing. Tiva texted us prior to our arrival, giving helpful suggestions of how to find our home and what to expect. When she found out we were coming in late, she went to the home and turned on the porch and entry lights. She even offered to go pick up groceries for our family. She gave us suggestions where to shop and attractions to see. The home was well stocked with all the basic spices and condiments needed for cooking at home. When they found out we with coming with our four grandchildren, they got us extra boogie boards. They provided beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, pool toys, and snorkeling equipment. Tiva stayed in touch with us throughout our stay and let us stay late when she found out we had a late flight out. The views from the property are spectacular! The pool, hot tub, and exercise room were top notch. The property is perfectly located to visit all of the beaches and attractions on the island. The gated community where the home is at is safe, well maintained and very friendly. We loved our stay and we plan to visit again with our children and grandkids in the future. We highly recommend this property.

Awesome family vacation

This was the perfect place for my family as we traveled for the Lavaman triathlon and a vacation afterwards. The property managers were beyond helpful and I am so grateful for their hospitality. The condo is honestly in the best location on the property, just a min walk to the pool, but bordering the golf course, so it’s very quiet and peaceful. A couple minute walk more to the shops and our 4 year olds did great on all the walks we went on. It was great, and would stay here again!

Great family stay

Everything we needed for our family! They even had a ukulele lesson and live music in the common area near the pool. Walking distance to the shops and grocery store, as well as the kings highway and petroglyphs. It’s also walkable – about half an hour – to the Hilton where you can get a day pass for the pools or swim with dolphins. Would love to stay again!

Wonderful Holiday stay

Excellent property for family gathering for Thanksgiving. Condo was well appointed with plenty of space for 5 adults, 2 teens and one 8 year old. 3 full bathrooms a plus. Large kitchen also a benefit as we ate in all meals, including cooking our Thanksgiving turkey. I would definitely recommend this property, situated conveniently to shopping and a beach. The pool, hot tub and BBQ facilities were very clean and enjoyed. Wonderful get away. On a golf course it that is your sport.

Wonderful Home Base

We enjoyed the property during our family's Hawaiian vacation. Communication with owner and property manager was outstanding, they were quick to respond to questions and all check in/check out procedures were very clearly communicated. We found the property to be centrally located where it was easy to access the saddle road to go to the Hilo side and a 30 minute drive into Kona. Our kids love the quick access to the pool and exercise room, quick walk to shops and restaurants and only 4 minute drive to the beach. The house had everything we could need to enjoy the beach: beach umbrellas, boogie boards, noodles, floaties, beach towels and we used the cooler everyday to take lunches on our excursions. The kitchen had every convenience needed to make meals. Washer and dryer worked very well. We had plenty of room to spread out. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in a comfortable, homey setting.

Book club retreat

Wonderful, spacious home with fairway view, good birds, stars, and location. We took walks to Hilton and Marriott resorts, King’s and Queen’s marketplaces, A bay and beach for sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped, even spices, Tupperware, flour and sugar. Lots of hangars in all closets. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Absolutely wonderful!

The condo was extremely clean, very well-equipped, very comfortable, and spacious. The beds were firm but not too firm, and the property manager was an absolute sweetheart and lovely to communicate with. There were toys and games--my 3 year old learned Uno here and was delighted by the blocks, glow-sticks, and other little toys. The lanai is quite pleasant. The stores are very close by for easy last-minute groceries, and there's a delicious shave ice place too. It was nice to be so close to A-bay, and we also enjoyed looking at the petroglyphs nearby! We loved staying here and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Enjoyed Our Stay, Well Appointed Condo

We had a great stay at this property! Some things we really enjoyed.... -The location. Close proximity for walking to both Kings and Queens Shops. Also, super convenient distance to the pool within the complex. The unit is also an end unit, which makes it much nicer than many others in the complex. -Very well equipped! We especially enjoyed that the kitchen contained all basic spices, as well as some cooking oils, tea, coffee, etc. In addition, many great dishes and cooking and baking dishes were available and there were even Ziplock bags, foil, and Tupperware containers for leftover food and such. We brought much of this from the mainland, and know it would be helpful to other guests to know this is available. In addition, there were odds and ends of toiletries, bug spray, sunscreen, and laundry supplies that we were able to use if we ran out or forgot things. -Lots of fun equipment to use at the beach and pool in the garage. A few things were in need of replacement when we visited, but we were so grateful to have so many things available to use such as a cooler, beach chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards. -The sleeping space. We came with my two older parents, my single adult sister, and our two little girls. The bedroom situation, with 2 attached bathrooms, and the two twin beds for the girls worked out for us and gave most of us a private sleeping space. -A washer/dryer in unit. So handy with so much beach and pool time! Some things we thought could be improved (though didn't affect our overall experience greatly...) -The pool has pretty strict rules and an employee came over and asked children in the pool (several families with children, not just our group) to be quiet in the middle of the day (right about noon), so this was not during quiet hours. I've worked in aquatics a large portion of my life and have never seen a pool environment where children are required to play quietly. It seems an odd request in the middle of the day for families with children on vacation and was kind of off-putting. The noise was in no way excessive, simply children playing and laughing. This is something I would want to be aware of and consider if I were traveling here with my children. -The furniture, some blinds, and a few of the items in the garage for beach use could use some replacement and upgrade. Overall, we loved our stay, and we appreciate the availability of this condo for our family. Thank you!

Perfect home in Waikoloa

This home in Waikoloa was the perfect vacation home for 2 families each with 2 young kids. The location is unbeatable, we were able to walk to the King and Queens Markets easily and enjoyed many meals from the Island Gourmet Markets. It is also very close to A Bay which is the perfect beach for kids because of the calm waters, good amount of tree shade and the easy to access bathrooms. The house is extremely clean and the best stocked vacation rental we have ever experienced. Susan had everything that our family need for the beach like shade structures, chairs, and sand toys. The air conditioning in the condo worked very well. The house is better than even the pictures. We look forward to another relaxing stay at this house.

Awesome end unit

Amazing condo. Fully stocked kitchen and garage. Loved having toys for the littles and beach supplies for the adults. Pool now has heat! AC worked all but one day. We gave it a three hour break and it came back on. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable but my son was fine with sleeping on the couch not the pull out part. The ice machine struggled to keep up so we had to buy ice. Would 100% rent again.

Family Vacation

Great time had by all. Fairway Villas is a beautiful property. Condo is right across from pool and very shirt walking distance from Queen and Kings shops. A-bay is a short 2 minute drive. Condo itself could use some upgrading however it fit our family of 8 nicely. The sofa bed in loft definitely needs a nice mattress pad on top. We used the couch cushions underneath mattress which helped alot. Well stocked for beach time.

My husband and I have been coming to the Hawaiian Islands since 1994. We have visited them all and finally settled on our very favorite spot... Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii. We truly enjoy sharing our love of this beautiful island with visitors. This is where we first started our adventure in scuba diving. We since have had 2 children and they are both divers as well. The Hawaiian Islands couldn't be a better place to dive whether it's your first time or your 100th.

Why they chose this property

Our location is a perfect combination of tranquility and activity. Our lanai looks out over the golf course, so it seems as if the space is endless. It's also fun to watch the golfers, may they be good or bad... It is a very short walk to Anaeho’omalu Bay, where you can see turtles beached at times, watch a sunset, snorkel or try many of the water activities available. Our boys tried the hydro bikes last time!

What makes this property unique

Our villa is just across the parking to the pool, which is super close in case you need to refill your mai tai, but not close enough that you hear the laughter and fun at the pool when you want some tranquility. You can walk to Roy's or Foster's Kitchen for dinner or shopping without ever hitting the street.
