This villa has a great open floor plan. Enjoy the large deck that overlooks the lagoon. The dining area seats 6 and there is also room for 2 more at the bar area. The living room has plenty of seating with 2 large couches (one is a sleeper sofa) and a love seat where you can enjoy the large flat-screen TV. There is also a wet bar in the living room for your enjoyment. The guest bedroom offers 2 beds, a full size bed and a twin, and a flat-screen TV. There is a full bathroom in the hall along with full-size washer and dryer. The large master bedroom offers a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite, private bathroom is large and has a walk-in shower. Just a few minutes' walk and you can enjoy the community pool overlooking the lagoon or play tennis on one of the many on-site courts Evian has to offer.
