Beware ...
From the very start it was bad; the check in was only allowed hours after the confirmed time of 3pm. There was no communication leaving me to call Stayz who told me to talk to the owner who wasn't answering their messages. The owner eventually responded there was an issue with her cleaner - poor business practice and left us out for hours till after 6pm. When we arrived, an ant problem was clear in the hallway and bedrooms. We had to buy our own pesticides just to sleep there. The icing on the cake is a used condom (I am not kidding) was found underneath a bed. One of the 'rooms' was a converted outdoor space that was literally colder then camping as when you camp you usually have the right gear for it - not force your guests to also supply their own sleeping bag. Terrible. Stay away. If you like insect ridden, cold, drafty houses during the middle of winter and questionable cleaning practices, make this your first choice.
