Just a few steps to the Beach. Really, it is! Great views of the water, sunrises and sunsets. There is parking for six cars. Four bedrooms (one being a loft area outside of the master bedroom and three and a half baths. Sleeps 8. Newly renovated, all electric, three level beach house. Very comfortable, convenient and fun. The master suite is on the highest level and has the best views of the ocean/bay. It has a very large and private viewing deck, and spacious en suite bathroom. The main level boasts beautiful ceilings and walls. There is one bedroom on this level with full bath, laundry, new kitchen and four season sunroom with great views. There is one double bed and bath between this level and the master level.

The complete house has 3 indoor showers and two bathtubs, one hot and cold outdoor shower an one foot shower for clean-up after beach play. There is also outdoor relaxing and BBQ areas.

The lowest level is private and separate from the two upper levels. There are three entry/exit doors to this private suite. It is ideal those having issues with steps, teenagers, or other guests wanting privacy. It also has a fully equipped, complete four piece kitchen, adjustable queen bed, and large bathroom suite with double shower. There is also a complete laundry and storage area. This level has its own heating and cooling mini split system . There are also two extra twin rollaway beds on this level.

You will love this unique beach community that allows beach bon fires and vehicles on the beach. Great for shell hunters and bird watchers. The gentle waves are wonderful for youngsters and those who may not want to fight rough waters. Beautiful Broadkill Beach is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, wind surfing and many other beach sports.

Broadkill beach is part of Milton, DE. which is a few minutes for the Prime Hook National Wildlife refuge, Rookery Golf Club, and other Delaware beaches. There are many fantastic diners and restaurants and attractions close by.
