Summary:
Spending a vacation in the beautiful mansion in Búzios was an absolute dream come true. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the magnificent property and its stunning surroundings.

Set amidst a lush green area, the mansion exuded an air of grandeur and sophistication. The well-manicured gardens were a sight to behold, with colorful flowers blooming all around, and tall, majestic trees providing shade and tranquility.

The Space:
The centerpiece of the property was undoubtedly the inviting pool, which was perfectly positioned to offer breathtaking views of the beachfront. The sparkling blue waters seemed to blend seamlessly with the vast ocean beyond, creating an oasis of serenity and calm. Whether I wanted to take a refreshing dip in the pool or simply lounge by its side, I couldn't help but feel completely relaxed in this idyllic setting.

To further enhance the experience of utter bliss, a luxurious sauna awaited me just a few steps away from the pool. Stepping into the sauna was like entering a world of pure warmth and tranquility. The soothing heat enveloped me, melting away any traces of stress or tension, and leaving me feeling rejuvenated and renewed.

But the true highlight of this vacation was undoubtedly the mansion's beachfront location. With direct access to the glistening sand and the sound of gentle waves lapping at the shore, I felt as though I had my own private paradise at my doorstep.

Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

The Neighborhood:
Búzios is renowned for its warm and welcoming atmosphere. The locals are known for their hospitality and friendliness, making visitors feel right at home. The town's laid-back vibe and natural beauty create the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Or if you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van, boat and others to offer you the best experience possible.

Other Things to Note:
We provide staff charged as an extra.
The basic staff includes 3 employees: cook, maid and house keeper.

For the rental of 8 suites, we conditioned 4 more staff. And for the rental of 12 suites, 6 more staff.

Housekeeper can shop for groceries (paid service).
Extra hours can be negotiated and paid directly to staff.

If the electricity generator is needed, we charge the fuel as an extra.
Laundry and ironing services are not included.

The most important House Rules are:

* Silence from 10pm till 8am. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed.
* Social visits are limited strictly from 8am until 10pm, up to 4 people at the same time and up to 6 people per day. Guests must be pre-identified with anticipation. Extra staff may be needed at owner's discretion.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet
* No recordings and/or videos (public or private) with commercial purposes of the property/building can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise.
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Compensation/penalty of R$ 3.000 in case of broken glass inside the pool.
* Use of nautical equipment in the house must always be accompanied by a life jacket. The house offers equipment in good condition and cannot be held responsible for safety issues that may occur at sea.
* Surveillance or recording devices on property (external areas)* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

Interaction with Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
