Modern Beach house in Wells | Hot Tub | 5 min walk to the beach access
Fantastic location, only 5-minute walk to the PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS where you can enjoy the ocean at any time all day! (The beach is NOT private to owners only)
At the end of the day, the whole family can enjoy our spacious backyard. The kids will love the playground while you relax watching the sunset ver the march.
Our hot tub is open all year round!
The open-concept main living area is on the second floor to enjoy the views of the ocean.

- Bedroom 1: 1x Queen size bed
- Bedroom 2: 2x double bunks
- Full bathroom + laundry room
Main floor:
- Bedroom 3: 1x Queen size bed

- Fully equipped kitchen
