The Space:
The first floor boasts a spacious lounge with a Smart TV, fireplace, and air conditioning, perfect for cozy nights in. Whip up culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen with a walk-in pantry.

Rest easy in three bedrooms, two with king beds and one with two king singles, all serviced by a modern bathroom. Enjoy sunshine on the deck or host 'al fresco' dinners.

Downstairs, there is a second lounge with two additional bedrooms. One with two single beds and another bathroom, while the second room offers a king size bed.

Park with ease in the large driveway or utilize the garage with laundry facilities.

There is ongoing building work behind the property on weekdays, which may result in some noise during your stay. We wanted to make you aware in advance, so you can plan accordingly.

*Stay 3 nights pay for 2 promotion details:

• Promotion applies to stays from Sunday to Thursday, during the current month.
• Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
• The free night must be requested at the time of booking.

To take advantage of the promotion please check with us first to see if your dates qualify. You will need to book 2 nights and we will block the third consecutive night from the calendar for you to enjoy.

Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, and oil.

A highchair and baby cot may be available on request. Please enquire before booking (bedding for the cot is not provided).

For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.

If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $300

All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19.

This property has one security camera, overlooking the front door and the driveway. The camera DOES NOT monitor indoor spaces.
