Great Neighborhood and Beautiful Home

My partner and I visited Gilbert to see family. This house was a perfect location. We enjoyed visiting the adorable Downtown Gilbert restaurants which was a just a mile away. The house manager Gil was fast to respond to questions and the house was very clean! The neighborhood was very quiet. We will definitely stay here again on future visits to Gilbert. AZ.

Good location

The house was great. Good location. The lights were kinda screwy. A bunch of them didn’t work. The fans were tricky to figure out how to turn off. It was not well appointed. Needs more silverware and dishes. Like measuring cups etc. there were quite a few utensils put away dirty. That was gross. There was only one kitchen towel. No wash cloths in the kitchen. Needed more pool towels and bath towels. Barely enough for everyone to have one. No extra linens or blankets. Other than that we liked it. Great location!

Gilbert getaway

Beautiful home and back yard in quiet neighborhood. We absolutely loved it. Easy check in and check out. Location is great..we were close to stores and restaurants. All basic amenities you'd need were provided. Can't wait until we book a summer stay and jump into the pool. Highly recommend

Property was very clean, well maintained, well stocked with amenities…Beautiful pool and backyard. Quiet neighborhood with a man made lake nearby to walk around. Property manager was very responsive to our questions when needed. You will enjoy your stay.

Great house in quiet subdivision to visit with family in Gilbert

Very nice & clean house packed with everything you would need while staying there. Kitchen has a very nice coffee pot, tons of pots and pans, matching set of plates, bowls. In ground pool was very lovely to use in October. Propane fire pit with nice lawn furniture. Gas grill for grilling. Outdoor table with 6 chairs. Backyard landscape lighting was also very nicely done. King size bed was very comfortable with high quality linens on the bed. Located close to main Gilbert road. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to see our family who lives in Gilbert.

Family time

Our family enjoyed our stay in Gilbert. The house was spacious and well equipped with the essentials for cooking, grilling and just relaxing…games, fooseball, and streaming services on the TV. We hope to stay again when the weather is warmer and we can utilize the swimming pool and outdoor games. The location of the home was perfect for access to shopping and restaurants. We hope to return again in the future. Thanks!

Overall pleasant stay with room for improvements

This house is centrally located, one mile from downtown Gilbert and is in a community with beautiful ponds/walking paths that we took advantage of. The check-in process was smooth and simple and the house was spacious with plenty of room. The beds were super comfortable - we especially loved the pillows! We enjoyed the covered patio with the fans that kept us cool. The house had everything we needed from bath amenities to cooking items. There was two areas of improvement, however. Upon arrival, the pool was too filthy to swim in. My husband cleaned the pool as best as he could but it didn't seem that the vacuum was doing its job as appropriate. A pool man came by the next day to clean the pool which was appreciated, but still, the pool didn't seem swimmable even after that so we never really went in aside from putting our feet in. I also noticed that many of the dishes were dirty. They had been cleaned in the dishwasher but it seemed as though food residue had still stuck to many of the plates and bowls that we had to rewash. We enjoyed our stay overall for the location though (and because it was so close to my family) and spaciousness of the house.

Good Vibe Home

We stay at VRBOs frequently for business and found this to be one of the nicest we have stayed at. The home is very comfortable, centrally located, and appointed with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The property owner has taken special care to ensure you have a fun and relaxing time, very child friendly and safe. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
