This well-maintained, 9th floor condo offers amazing, panaromic gulf views; 3 bed 3 bath condo is perfect for extended stays or vacation getaways. Master bedroom offers king size bed, private bath with step in shower, walk-in closet, and cable flat screen tv. Guest suite offers queen size bed and cable flat tv. Hall bath with walk in shower and second guest bedroom with queen size bed.
Furniture on private balcony. Lounge by our heated pool or take a stroll down the beach! Beautiful condo on the beach
Condo was amazing - clean with modern updates. 3 bedroom, which can be hard to find - perfect for bigger families. Great beach location & close to lots of restaurants & things to do. Two cute ice cream shops across the street. We had a great trip! Side note: I wouldn’t recommend for families with young kids - too many fragile things & no dining area to eat. We did fine with teens, but would probably not be great with little ones. Also master bath is open concept (no bathroom door).

Winter Wonderland
A warm holiday and new year get away with our family. Beautiful condo and location. It was great for our kids to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms from us. Nice fill size kitchen. Great views. On site laundry was nice. We used the pool almost daily. We only have 4 very minor complaints.... But they did not take away from our fantastic experience. First, the posting started there were televisions in each bedroom. Unfortunately, there were not TV's in the two smaller rooms. Second, the lighting controls in the smallest room were wired into the other guest bedroom, so we didn't have independent control of the lights. Third, the master bath shower did not have a handheld shower head. This seemed strange given the other two showers had them. Would have been nice to have that to get the sand off, but we have do by using the other showers. And lastly, the master bath did not have a door to separate it from the master bedroom. It was a great large restroom and dressing area but there was no segregation of the toilet. Not a major issue, we just used the master bedroom door for privacy... Just had to kick the spouse out of the room and make them hangout in other areas. Would stay again!!

Excellent Adventure.
Property was great. Excellent location and as depicted in the listing. It was comfortable with all amenities necessary for an enjoyable stay. The sunset view was fantastic!!

Frustrating
We booked this condo for a two-week family vacation. Upon arrival we realized that we could not control the temperature in the condo. When we called on Sunday we were promised a call back that we didn't receive. We called back on Monday, Tuesday they still hadn't heard from the owner and on Wednesday it was fixed. That Monday, our complaints were that our ice maker was broke, the shower in the master was clogged, towel bars in the hall bathroom were broke, there were stains on our comforter in the master bedroom. On Monday, the repairman came said he had hopefully "fixed" the issue but that if the "fix" didn't work then he would have to order a new part. On Tuesday we told the management that it still wasn't working. On Wednesday, the repair man returned to confirm the part needed to be ordered and would not arrive during our stay there. Monday, someone did clear our clog and our towel bars were fixed that week. On Tuesday we called back about the soiled comforter and suggested they bring a new one, which they did. Pillows were soiled, the side rails on the master bed continually fell down, only standard pillows were offered on the master bed, the microwave is not anchored into the wall.. There is no dining table. The stay in this condo is not cheap. It was frustrating to have to deal with these issues on vacation for such a premium price. The views are amazing. Unfortunately, the side patio isn't set up to use. The master bed is comfortable. TV s are nice.
