Beautiful newly decorated 3 bedroom villa with private pool and sea views. Surrounded by trees, in a very secluded and peaceful spot, with mountain scenic views and sea views.
All furniture high quality, and finished with luxury in mind.
Just 5 minutes ride on a scooter to the main ring road of Samui, and the beaches of Bang Po, famous for beachfront seafood restaurants.
Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at THB9.00 per unit. Average daily consumption based on 6 people sharing, would equate to THB100 per person per day.
