About this property

Beautiful home with pool on 1 acre overlooking both lakes and city. New to VRBO

our large home is located on a quiet dead end street, with spectacular views, private back yard patio with heated pool and hot tub, barbecue, patio chairs. We are close to quiet nature walks and only 8 minute drive to beaches and city centre. Plenty of room to park boat or motor home.
We have been a member and used Home Exchange for many years and always have a 5 star rating for our home.

we are a retired couple who move to our summer cabin from June to Sept and therefore happy to rent our home to responsible adults while we are away.

Why they chose this property

We moved to this home 4 years ago because of its view, large lot and very quiet neighbourhood. We are a dead end street which has only 10 homes, each on an acre of land. We love the home, its view and the pool and deck.

What makes this property unique

From our door we can be to the beach, golf course or downtown in 8 minutes. In 5 minutes we can also walk into the forest where there are unlimited miles of hiking of trail bike rides.
