If you don’t feel like dining out, the new kitchen is fit out with luxury appliances to test your culinary skills. The expansive deck is the perfect place to end the day with a wine in hand or enjoy a book on the daybed.
HAUS RULES:
Strictly no more than four guests per booking
Strictly no party policy
Strictly no smoking on property if there are any damages to our home you will be required to pay for any replacement or repairs.
All guess should abide by New South Wales short-term rental Code of conduct.
Please note any breach of any house rules may result in cancellations of bookings and guests being required to leave and strictly no refund being issued.
*There are security cameras located externally at both the front and rear of the property, above the garage and at the front access above the balcony.

We are Sarah & Jacob and we're so excited to welcome you to our property in Merewether.
While our treetop cottage is situated right in the heart of Newcastle, moments from gorgeous beaches, incredible dining and shopping centres, it almost feel like you are in a secluded rainforest when enjoying a wine on the balcony after a day at the beach.
